“Amazing customer service! We ordered thru door dash last night. Our order was for a bunch of dim sum to share and one phad Thai combo. Order gets dropped off it's just the combo. The dasher somehow didnt realize most of the order was missing. I chat with doordash customer service who gives me a credit to reorder the items. I replaced the order and get a phone call from the restaurant. The very kind gentleman apologized and said he realized he only gave the driver one bag. He felt bad we had to reorder and was sending both orders with the new driver. Per our request they also included silverware and chopsticks. The order was well packed with lots of sauce too. Rare in this day for someone to admit they made an error but great to see. Food was great too!“
