Was great. I dont remember what our servers name was but she was awesome. We were at table 41 on October 28th around 6-7 pm . The server really made our evening great. She interacted with our baby played peak a boo and it was adorable. She had great suggestions to add goodies to our food to make it better and our drinks were amazing. As a frequent visitor to the Lancaster locationI want to tell you that yesterday I was there and had Kaylin as my server, she gave very good service, stopping by frequently to see how I as doing.and getting my refill before I was done. She helped me do the tabe pay option. It is for these and many other kind acts I will continue to visit this place. Also the manager always stops by my table saying nice to see you again, he is a great asset to this location.

Went out to Applebee's with my wife on 10/6/20, around 7:30pm, we were placed at a tall table near the bar. Food was good, drinks were good. Our waitress, not so much. Had really bad service. Our waitress never checked in on us at all. Didn't ask what sauces we'd like for our fries or wings. Asked her for blue cheese, and she never came by with it.
