BONJAPAN YAROKU Reviews
This is sincere and quality Japanese comfort food. My husband and I stopped by and we're only frustrated by how amazing everything sounded. Trust this place. If you like authentic Japanese you have found your spot. The curry is made with love.
Delicious Japanese food. Very authentic. Love this place

BONJAPAN YAROKU is a food truck serving authentic Japanese cuisine. The owner, a friendly and hardworking individual, prepares each dish with care, resulting in delicious and generous portions. This place is a gem find, with popular dishes like katsudon, Oyakodon, and Japanese curry cooked to perfection. The Japanese curry is perfect, with juicy and good quality chicken. Be prepared for a wait of around 30-45 minutes, as it's a one-man operation that does not cut corners and avoids using microwaves or frozen items. The care used in preparing the correct white steamed rice is another sign of authentic Japanese food. Side dishes like takuan, oshinko, and perfectly chilled cucumber slices with sesame seeds and vinaigrette add to the experience. With its unique flavors and authentic experience, BONJAPAN YAROKU is a must-visit for Japanese food lovers in Salem. Note that seating is limited, and hours may vary, so it's best to call ahead and plan accordingly. Customers can also practice their Japanese conversation skills with the owner.
