“I love this place ! The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly! Have been eating here for years and haven’t found anywhere to even compare the deliciousness with! When we moved to Dallas we were sad our favorite Indian place would be so far away. We make the 14 mile drive at least once a month for this food !!! I have this one great experience that has stuck with me for years. Before the pandemic they had a lunch buffet. Me and my husband would frequent this location for our lunch breaks . One day we showed up on a nice sunny day in spring and it was packed ! Not a table in sight . The owner saw us and let us know it would be about 30 minutes. We didn’t have time to wait seeing as we only have 1 hour and it took 10 minutes to get there . So as we were about to leave when he said just wait one minute ! He cleared the table they used to put together silver ware and made us our own little spot ! For that they have had our loyalty ! There is an Indian food place in Dallas less then a mile from my front door !!! I will always make the trip for the great food and service !! If you haven’t tried it …DO!!!“
“I visit this food truck once every other month while I'm On the road. I love their chicken tikka masala and butter chicken plates. Their homemade samosas are the best I've ever had. The staff is professional and very welcoming. The flavors are out of this world. If you get the chance try the garlic naan and their samosas. Also I like my food spicy and they can make almost any dish spicy. Thanks once again you guys are amazing! They have picnic tables right next to their truck if you don't want to eat in your car.“
“Samosa Channa masala combo is lip smacking. Do try this one here. Also had butter chicken with rice, it was quite good. This food cart is located in Salem within the Yard cart area. Dining area is quite big and there are nights with live music , games etc. there are altleast 10-12 carts here and an amazing option if driving down to Salem for any reason or passing by“
“This restaurant has a special place in my heart as it's the first Indian restaurant I visited many, many years ago. I've since had the chance to eat Indian food at many restaurants across the globe including many in India. Since this is the first place I ever enjoyed Indian food in a restaurant setting, I'm sure I'm a little biased, but I feel this place measures up really well.My go-to dishes are Pakora, Onion Kulcha, Garlic Naan, Lamb Tikka Masala, Lamb Vindaloo, Lamb Bhuna, and Rogan Josh... Their Biryani is great too.I haven't been back to their buffet since pre-Covid, so I can't speak to the current state of it, but it was really great in the past.Service has always been really great. I've found the servers to be friendly, efficient, and helpful when somebody has questions about the menu.Dishes usually come out quickly and are prepared well, with fresh ingredients. I don't know that I've ever experienced a sub-par dish here no matter how busy/slow it was.“
“The BEST Indian food in Salem. I am looking forward to making my way through more of the menu. So flavorful and succulent. I am glad I brought my own water bottle as staff was using bottled water instead of filling reusable cups when I dined in- it was very busy so I don't know if this is standard or not. We ordered lamb korma, malai kofta, garlic naan (just a little less garlicky than I like, but I understand this is an Italian/American food projection), and mango lassi (sweet and satisfying!). Everything was superb and we had multiple meals from the leftovers.“
