Taco Bell is a restaurant that excels in customer service despite being busy. The staff is nice, hustles to get orders right, and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. Kern provides a personalized experience with his soothing, melodic voice and professional demeanor, making the drive-through feel special. The $7.00 box is the way to go. However, the cooking and prep floor was super bad and the staff can work at a snail's pace, taking a long time to get a few tacos.
