Smallest, tiniest pieces of fried deli chicken I've ever gotten anywhere, 1.5 bites on each of four pieces of legs and thighs. I don't mind getting a couple of small pieces, but this was just ridiculous.
This place seems to have a high rate of employee turnover. From my experience working in retail, this usually has to do with poor management and managers. This place has been through 3 store managers in three years. That's not a good look for a company. I get transfers happen all the time, but in my opinion it's poor customer service and employee service to keep transferring managers in and out. But overall the staff are friendly. Josh at Safeway Starbucks is an excellent worker, if I had a business I'd steal him. : ) I came into Starbucks right at closing because I was waiting for a prescription to be filled. Again, it was exactly closing time but Josh helped me with a smile on his face. Many times employees are grouchy and not helpful at closing time but not Josh!
