“This place was tasty. I was trying to kill time since I was going to be about 45 minutes early to an appointment so thought I’d snag a smoothie. I looked it up on Google maps and was at the right location but couldn’t see any signs. Finally saw the address above the door and realized it was inside the Taco Time which I thought was weird. I think the signage should be more obvious. But that doesn’t take away from the smoothie which was delicious. I’ve never been to a Surf City Squeeze before this visit and I’ll definitely be back!“
“A wonderful restaurant that has been around in the Portland area for years, and I believe it may have been the original one of the now very large multi-country chain. Always busy, and usually there is a few minutes of wait time, before you can be seated. I called for a special occasion for my elderly mother's birthday, they arranged the window seat that I requested, and even gave her a special fruit and whipped cream parfait, with a candle. Food was very good as usual, with the exception of the one thing I was craving the most, which was the corned beef hash. The taste was great, but it was as dry as I've ever had in my life, it was like eating fried sawdust. I had to take a sip of water with every bite. Unfortunately, since they had already done me favors, I didn't feel like I could complain and send it back. Otherwise, I definitely would have. Most often, the food is excellent, and that is why I am posting this review. Definitely worth trying out if you have never been there before. “I stopped by here a few times during my weeklong stay in Beaverton. Every visit I ordered I different drink, and every drink I ordered was excellent! Whether it was coffee, Lotus energy or a chai, it was always delicious. My favorite was a winter special, the White Icicle Lotus (white chocolate, blue raspberry with blue lotus). It was incredibly sweet, but that’s just what I wanted that afternoon. I also loved their Build-Your-Own Breakfast Sandwiches. The possibilities were endless, and I especially appreciated them having Sriracha! They’re popular - I was never the only customer and each visit was at least 7-10 minutes, but it was worth it every time. Highly recommend!“
“love this place but the last few times i’ve been in , there’s been some problems. i tried to redeem a free drink with their reward system, but after i payed i noticed i payed full price. i tried using the free drink the next day, but it said it had already been redeemed which made me sad bc i didn’t get to use it ?. today i ordered creama on my drink (and played for it) and it literally didn’t have any on it ?? i tried calling the store but nothing went through :(“

And, they got rid of heavy cream. As s keto person, that's a big disappointment, so I rarely get coffee there now.“

“We visit this place whenever we come to Portland. They make the crepes right in front of you with fresh ingredients which makes this place a must try. They take their time to prepare as it is freshly made. But well worth the wait. The only challenge is, if you prefer to sit and eat, there are not much seating around here as it is in a mall. We usually get their cone style crepe which makes it easy for us to carry around the mall.“

“It's my favorite smoothie place! The smoothies are a fairly healthy alternative to milkshakes and taste no less amazing! I would definitely recommend, especially on Thursday, when they have large drinks for the price of a medium. Plus, there is always free boosts like whey protein or vitamin c! Yum!Vegetarian options: Most things there do not contain meat, as it's a smoothie cafe. “The service was incredibly slow. No car orders were taken with both sides backed up into the street. One you got to the window it looked disheveled and very disorganized. There were 2 people making coffee, one person taking orders and money. There were at least 3 other people doing something in the back. No energy or even greeting. “I got a pumpkin milkshake for my young daughter, who said "oh daddy it's fine i love pumpkin". We turned the corner and she butsts into tears because she doesn't like pumpkin, and I knew that and tried to warn her ? Anyway, I go back in line and asked for a strawberry smoothie, which she usually gets.
