“FINALLY! I've been searching for a place to eat breakfast near Medford that is not just processed white flour and sugar. I HIGHLY recommend SWEET BEET STATION to start the day in health and vitality, not with an artificial sugar high that will leave you high and dry. I have been a vegan/vegetarian for over four decades, and I can EAT here. It is DELICIOUS. (I completely cleaned my plate and ate my husband's fruit which had ripe lovely pineapple in it! Bromeline is great for digestion.) My husband does not have such constraints in his diet. There are options for every type of diet here. They KNOW their ingrdients which are fresh and local. The service could not be any better. EVERY individual we encountered was not just polite, but genuinely KIND. It is refreshing to see young people who are sunny and think for themselves; it's a great way to start your day. My husband loves trains and was delighted with the atmosphere and down-to-earth, old-fashioned decor. We came on a very cold overcast day, but he will really enjoy eating outside at one of their many spacious tables. HURRAY, we now have a breakfast/ lunch spot to institute regular date times. I have to say a special thank you to REMY for making our experience even more rewarding with interesting conversation. He is a ray of needed sunshine in gloomy weather. Discover SWEET BEET STATION for yourself if you are also looking for a more healthy and enjoyable way to start your day or to relax in the afternoon. They are open every day but only from eight to three.“
“I saw the chicken on the grill at the Britt and had to try the Tallarin Saltado. The plate was loaded with a hefty portion, veggies were fresh and I loved the green chimichurri sauce. I added chicken and would recommend this dish. A Peruvian , Japanese noodle fusion.“

“Being a California kid it's hard finding an authentic Mexican taco or burrito here in Oregon. Garcia's however is the answer! Their Al Pastor is very authentic! Huge selection, fantastic food at great prices ($8-10 on average). I use them for catering for each of my listings and agent tours. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!“
“This restaurant is punching far, far above the weight of anything you'd expect in southern Oregon. This restaurant serves food that is rightfully recognized by the James Beard Foundation and The New York Times, and would fit in any major city. The food is finely crafted from mostly local ingredients, with careful thought into how flavors play together in harmony. The menu changes and adjusts frequently based on what's available, thus to get too into the details of individual items might not be helpful for what *your* menu will be. I will say the menu borrows a lot of influences from Japan, interwoven with local vegetables and meats. The idea of creating a "Cascadian Cuisine" isn't a marketing gimmick, something distinct is being created here. An enjoyment of seafood feels like a must, though the flavors aren't particularly fishy. Among the interesting ingredients on my visit were firefly squid from Japan that were part of a trout, asparagus, and sake leese; foie gras "fudge" in a savory stroopwafel; and hickory brown sugar in a petit four that accompanied the optional post-dinner whiskey pour. I'm not doing the creative work justice, but -- again -- your menu will almost certainly be different. Setting aside the food, the entire experience at MÄS strikes a nice balance of intimate, professional, and accessible. It's unpretentious without being overly friendly. You feel like you're in the hands of experts, led by Chef Josh Dorcak and sommelier Joseph Shaughnessy, who know that this is also a hospitality industry. They've created a space that's welcoming to folks who might be having their first experience with haute cuisine, without short-changing the experience. I wasn't surprised to learn that the small-scale restaurants of Japan inspired this compact, tightly run operation. I'm glad I sat at the Chefs Counter and feel close to the team as they prepared our food, explained everything, and chatted about life. I would recommend this restaurant to those curious about trying chef-driven, haute cuisine but worried about the intimidation factor. This is a welcoming experience. For those who are a bit more seasoned and/or jaded? You will be happy your travels brought you to Ashland.“

“Some incredible food that made me order seconds before I was done with my first meal, I’m not a big fan of coconut but none of the food tasted overly coconut, cocktails were great, and the staff were polite and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant but not overly interesting or overwhelming!“

“It’s no secret that this part of Oregon is not known for their Asian foods.. so we are lucky that Sushi Heaven exists in Ashland! I’ve been going here every time I’m in town for several years now. The family that owns and runs this place is the best! Friendly, generous, kind people. And the food is top notch! Even tho it’s mostly sushi as the name suggests, you can order off-menu Korean items as well. Good people. Good food. Good times! And now with Robot Server Cat!!“

“This was my first time stopping by here as I was passing through Ashland and I will definitely be coming back. The workers were so nice and you could see that they cared about the food. The combo bowl was a perfect meal with rice and a ton of grilled veggies and even more meat. Im not sure how they fit all of that in to one bowl. As you can tell *camera does NOT eat first* had to have a few bites and it was delicious! I can't wait for my next trip back because I am already thinking about the baklava with its perfect layers and sweet glaze“

“We stopped by on a less busy weekday evening and had a really lovely time. The patio was peaceful with nice country views, and we enjoyed a tasting a wine flight before selecting a bottle to go with our cheese plate and flatbread. We were able to sit in a sheltered area with a heater above and were very comfortable even on a cool drizzly day“

“Saturday April 20th 2024. Around 1:30 P.m.We love dining in this place food is always great and service is mostly good, however, today our server was very rude, and not helpful at all, we attempted to order a specific drink and she replied "we don't have that right now" with a rude tone, I then asked for a different drink and she replied to this the same exact way so I then asked, okay what do you have. She then opened the menu quickly and pointed toward the portion of it, were the drinks are and said "we have everything in there but that specific drink".Then when attempting to order food I asked if they had the "Hawaiian BBQ" dish to what she responded. "We don't sell that here" (with a rude tone of voice).I then proceeded to show her the picture that I was looking at (a previous customer's review/photo).And asked to order whatever that dish was.We are customers and might not always know what you have available or what the dish's name is, provide options, show that you are here to help and serv. As a person that is familiar with customer service this is totally the behavior that you don't want to have.I understand that some days we all might not be having a good day specially because the restaurant was busy but it's not my fault that you are not having a good day.Approach each customer with respect and make them feel welcomed otherwise they will lose interest in coming back because of bad treatment like this.Again, we've been here many times and never had received this kind of customer service. Our server had red dark hair and was wearing a pinkish t-shirt. She also had a tattoo with letters on her left wrist.“

“A huge shout out to the staff at Mazatlan Grill in Central Point! We have been there a few times and each time they have been over the top accommodating for my husband's diet needs. They are very attentive and make you feel like you are family. The food is always amazing and flavorful, to the point you could overindulge if you did not watch yourself. The food portions are very satisfying, and with the rise of prices to go out and eat, you get more than your money's worth. We were very sad when they had closed a few years back, yet they have returned even better than before. It has once again become our favorite place to eat and are never disappointed. Thank you all who work very hard to make our experiences worth coming back. You are much appreciated.“

“We found this gem on a Monday late afternoon before a GCU basketball game, so there were not many people there when we arrived. The parking lot is large and well lit. The restaurant is quite a large space with plenty of room for dancing and a band which they have on the weekends. They also offer outdoor seating. Our server was friendly and brought us the best margaritas. Two of us ordered the fajitas and they were the best I have had! Massive shrimp cooked perfectly- not overcooked like some often do- with loads of onions and peppers. Everything was thinly sliced and so tasty. It was nearly impossible to finish this dish. It could have, and should have been, shared. But instead I took leftovers home. This is a big dish for the price, and one I want to go back for. Either the owner or a manager came by to see how we were doing and then he sent over two pieces of cheesecake. I really don't like cheesecake, but this was ridiculously good- not too sweet at all. So I finished that too! There is so much on their menu that I have to go back to try more.“

“I have a rule. I'll try a place once. If I can cook a better of whatever I order, I don't come back. This is the first burger place, i'll be back for SURE. Walking in, I notice that it's a REAL grill. Not some insta press thing. I ordered the biggest thing they had. THE MONSTER BURGER!!! She proceeded to work as I watch to see what kind of frozen patty they were going to use. Yeah....to my surprise, she reached down, and got a ball of FRESH burger, and SMASHED it on the grill. WOAH....I thought, OK, they are onto a good start, at least they're doing that right.... The food prep process continued on with grilled onions, bacon, pulled pork, thinly sliced ham, egg, and all the goodies. Then the lady asked if we wanted fries. I thought, yeah, why not? Lets try their fries too. So, we ordered the loaded fries. Let me tell ya....Those fries, are worthy enough on their own to come back for more another time. Grilled onions, three types of melted cheese, and a perfect blend of seasonings make them some of the best tasting fries we've had outside of the house. I can safely say, that after almost a year of searching for a decent hamburger joint in Medford, we've finally found the only place we can call good enough to come back. 5 out of 5 stars.“

“The lady working the stand was super nice and helpful. She recommend the bacon Jam burger and it was kinda amazing. The bun was a perfectly toasted brioche with nice crunchy iceberg lettuce and a tasty aioli, and the bacon jam was so good. I think they use Portland ketchup which is my favorite, and the fries were perfectly fried and salted really well. It's a cute little spot that is perfect on a sunny day. It'll cost you around 13$ for a burger and fries but I'd say it's well worth its price.“

“Very creative menu, chose the restaurant because everything looked good and the wine list had great depth and a more than a few values. Service was top notch on a very busy night. Set in an old Victorian home, the dining room is very comfortable. We ordered 3 starter and 2 main course, paired each with something from the WBTG list and never felt rushed, each course was served at a very comfortable pace.“

“My mother in-law and I just came here for lunch today with my almost 2 year old. We chose the outdoor dining since it was beautiful outside. We were the only ones out there so my son was able to roam their back lawn area. Very beautiful and serene! The service was fabulous and the food even better! I went to change my son and they had a whole changing table in the women's restroom which was so nice!“

“Ok so pulling into the parking lot of Rooster's we almost turned around and went somewhere else. Boy are we glad we didn't! Food was great, service was excellent, the ambiance was a little odd. There were Rooster's everywhere and it looked like an old Chinese restaurant with red carpet and very old booths. Everything seemed clean and the food came out fresh. Oh and did I mention the cinnamon roll was absolutely AMAZING!! It fills a 10" plate and is homemade, soft, warm and buttery! If we are in Medford again we will be visiting them again.“

“Food is amazing and today was no exception. Service was great. I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible all the tables and the bathroom, although at times, the restaurant table could be cramped for a wheelchair. If they are busy, it is still functional for a wheelchair . On street parking is available with wheelchair access at the entrances. Also a parking lot with pavement all the way up to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is clean all of the toiletries and sink including toilet, and grab bars are available in this restroom. It is somewhat narrow you can drive in and you can turn around if you turn into the sink but a person in a wheelchair could navigate this bathroom and have a excellent and private bathroom experience.“

“I ordered a Pad See Yew with shrimp from here as a to go meal, and it was very filling and was ready on time of the indicated pick up. I think the open hours can be tricky as it looks like they close between end of lunch and beginning of dinner, so just something to keep in mind if you need flexibility for your meals.“

“Delicious Thai Cuisine and Sincerely Wonderful Service @ Erawan in Medford, OR. ! This quaint Thai restaurant, located in a strip center, was quite a delight! We were pleased with the flavor of their non-sweet Thai tea and the appetizer was scrumptious. Our main meals were also fresh and tasty! The meat was tender and the veggies were perfectly cooked. While the param longsong was delicious with peanut sauce, the yellow curry had just the right amount of spice! I would definitely place to-go orders in the future and wouldn't mind dining in again if they had a spot open, as there are only about five tables available. I loved the beautiful Thai artwork as well. They were very attentive throughout our time here to make sure we were satisfied and to take away finished plates. We left happy and full. Thank you!!“

“This is a great local ramen spot in downtown! The food comes out so fast, it's reasonably priced, and it is so filling!! Hiro js a casual hang out that is popular with the locals. The best thing on the menu is the tonkstu ramen which is fantastic! They give you so much ramen! It's the best on a colder Ashland day. They do have some weird hours. “Thanks to other Yelpers, we found this gem during a road trip. We stopped at Costco in Medford for gas and looked for a local breakfast place nearby. We had the best breakfast and the friendliest service of any place we've been. I ate every bite of the country fried steak and eggs. So delicious! Hubby had a Denver omelette and was completely satisfied. Servers kept coming by to offer coffee and tea, and they filled my iced tea so I could put it in my thermos for the car. I wish we had one of these in my home town so we could eat here all the time.“

“We had wanted to try this place as we love trying many different foods and tapas. We brought our parents to check it out. We were greeted right away and seated at a booth. It is an old brick building and is like an old style speakeasy. Beautiful old wooden bar. They have a full bar so you can order cocktails, beer and wine. They have some signature cocktails. We decided on several shareable items on the menu. All were delicious and we had just enough room for dessert which were fresh made churros. They were so light and fluffy. We will be back again to try some other items on the menu and cocktails.“
