Skipped the drive-thru and walked in, super friendly staff helped me right away. Grabbed a Whopper with medium fries, and drinks are free refills. The place was clean and comfy. After a long road trip, nothing hits like a hot Whopper and an icy Coke.

The restaurant has plenty of parking, although the handicap parking is only for vans, which can be an issue for others with different placards. The dedicated employees work hard despite a sometimes stressful environment, leading to longer wait times. Their kindness shines through, and the managers and supervisors treat employees like family. The drive-thru service may need improvement to match the fast-food standard of quick service, but the tasty burgers make it worth the wait. Customer service has received praise, especially for delivery during challenging weather, where extra fries were appreciated. However, some customers feel that certain charges, like those for swapping drinks, can be frustrating. Despite this, the overall atmosphere remains friendly and welcoming.
