“My husband had the Lamb Shank and I had the Cornish Hen- we both got the Apricot sauce from the Dinner menu. The food was absolutely on point-a full flavor explosion from buttery-tender meat. Additionally, service was fast and friendly. Top scores all around!!”

“Good food. Great prices (they have a daily special). Friendly staff. They were happy to refill the chip basket and my coke for free. Their guacamole was good too. My in-laws visit as well when they are in town.

The food: The hurricane roll is my favorite and they even let me order it without being fried although it's absolutely delicious either way. Please note they are very accommodating just explain if you want something changed up save on the side, extra sauce , no cucumber ect. Just adk. Two other rolls I like are the Canby and wilsonville.. really it comes down to what you like their fish is good! Also bonus if you have someone who doesn't like sushi they have a really good dish called creamy chicken yaki udon noodles and is so yummy! It's thick udon noodles and chicken in a creamy sauce with vegetables: cabbage, onions, broccoli and mushroom (I might be missing a vegetable or two). They also have teriyaki chicken and other non sushi options! They do have a kids menu they have the options of sushi or bento with chicken teriyaki. Kind if limited options for kiddos.

The restaurant: One thing I will say is that the entrance area is pretty small, but dine in is usually doable, and of course you can always get it to go. It's in a strip mall and is just a small business nothing fancy here but delicious food!! Easy parking they do have a parking lot. 😊

The service: It is great! Nice staff and reasonable wait time. You will not find your water glass empty here! Also they are very kind if you want a roll made a certain way they are so kind and accommodating!

The ambience strikes the perfect balance between cozy and upscale warm lighting, inviting decor, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your meal. The highlight for me was the salmon perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's clear the kitchen takes pride in fresh ingredients and careful preparation. “First time at this one and our waiter was phenomenal! I got the chicken pot pie and salad. I honestly think it was the best pot pie I've ever had! My Mom and I shared a banana creme pie! Delicious! Told them they need to build closer to Eugene and he said plans are for Salem next.”

“We love Royal Scot Sips & Eats, it is one of the many things that make this neighborhood great! Love the Caprese sandwich but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The owner is super friendly and always brightens our day.”

“We went for a friend’s 6th birthday. We had fun letting the kids run around and play games. When it came time to pick out prizes my son chose a plastic snake. Waylon was very patient with my son while he tried to make the very difficult decision of what prize to pick (with 45 points). Fast forward 15 minutes later he trips and the snake breaks. He was understandably upset. We went back to the prize counter and Waylon was an absolute angel. He not only got my son a new snake, he connected the broken one to the new one to create a mega snake. He went out of his way and was super kind. We need more Waylons in the world!! Thank you for your kindness!”

My issue was with paying almost $40 for my meal, one small drink and an order of Baklava. That seems really excessive for the portion size to cost. And the prices I paid were higher than what was listed on the actual menu.

I understand inflation and prices are constantly fluctuating, but tell people that beforehand. I could've spent half that and gone home with leftovers from somewhere else..”

“I came in after a suppper long shift and my brain just could not comprehend this menu at all, but one of the employees his name was Jake he was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to explain how it works and even when I still just could not get it he stayed patient and calm which you just don’t see enough of these days. I really enjoyed the food, the employees, and I felt super welcomed here. Definitely check it out!”

“Great mix of flavors. I like getting well priced meals that are both satisfying and somewhat healthy. The meats and vegetables always taste fresh, and the service is good. For my money, Koi Fusion is the best thing that has happened yet for the Wilsonville restaurant scene. We need some more innovators like Bo Kwon around here.”

“I got the Purist, and was really surprised how much i liked it. The bacon was really crisp, and the burger was perfectly grilled, and the quality of beef must be pretty high bc it didn't gross me out (sometimes they do😕🫤). I added crispy onions to it. Honestly, it was perfection! My friend got something great too but i forgot what it was. It was a beautiful afternoon so we sat out at the picnic tables which was shady, and it’s away from Wilsonville Rd, so it's pretty quiet, and there's some trees around, and i seem to remember a carpet of pine needles..😄 loved it!”
