We ordered beef and broccoli and sweet/sour chicken. Ordering the combination meals are the best value. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. Fast and friendly service and good food.
Favorite Chinese food joint in the city. Looks like a hole in the wall, and I'm pretty sure the menu pictures inside are 20 years old, but thats always the sign of the good Chinese food joints to me.

I can't speak to the in house "atmosphere", but the food and service I have received, whether it's take out or delivery, is always great! This picture was taken after l already have eaten nearly half of what I ordered... as I said, great!
