This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant that we've eaten at since moving here from NY. The Chinese restaurants out here rely on rice cookers so their rice usually sits and sits and good luck to you if you get the last scoops of rice. It's always chunky and sticky at other places NOT HERE! They make theirs to the order! Can't go wrong at Chans. The food is always perfect. The restaurant itself is run down and dirty looking. It could use a lot of fixing up. But the food is good and the prices are reasonable.
