I grew up just outside of Philly and have loved soft pretzels since I was a kid. From the ones sold outside of the Two Guys department store, to the street vendors on Lincoln Hwy with shopping carts of pretzels. Was thrilled when Philly Pretzel Factory made it to the Lehigh Valley. Real pretzels! Not that Auntie-XXX bleck. BUT... the Tilghman St. store, somehow, makes THE BEST pretzels. If you know Philadelphia's soft pretzels, then you won't do better than Philly Pretzel Factory. I lived in Philly for 20 years and bought pretzels from the original places on Federal and Washington. These are as good as those, especially if you eat them while they're hot.

Excellent pretzels, no question but the real trick is in the dipping sauces. Cinnamon dip is fantastic on it's own but if you really want to kick it up a notch, grab one each of the strawberry and chocolate and slam in on some of that double dip action. Even re-heated these pretzels are always solid, can't wait to get more!
