Sometimes if I can I stop at Philadelphia west Allentown store and the service is great, the pretzels are hot, and the drinks are cold. I will be stopping often as I can. I stop and get 5 large pretzels all the time.

Soft fresh pretzel made daily with a large variety of dipping sauces, and great daily specials. They also have cold fresh drinks (lemonade, etc.)

Terrible. Most stale pretzels ever bought. 9am in the morning should have been fresh. Could break a tooth! SHAMEFUL. Have been to other stores and always freshNOT. THIS STORE BEWARE.

Excellent pretzels, no question but the real trick is in the dipping sauces. Cinnamon dip is fantastic on it's own but if you really want to kick it up a notch, grab one each of the strawberry and chocolate and slam in on some of that double dip action. Even re-heated these pretzels are always solid, can't wait to get more!

Staff were friendly but the pretzels were garbage. I got the cheesesteak pretzels and the cinnamon sugar pretzels. Both were super old and hard as a rock, especially the cinnamon sugar pretzels. They were practically inedible. I ended up throwing them away. What a waste of money and calories. Super disappointed. My first and last time visiting Philly Pretzel Factory.

Yum yum yumI normally get three pretzels but I decided to buy the D pretzels and they were delicious, and such a great cause.

I was there in May of 2022, and I was taken aback by how sweet, genuine, and sexy the shorter cashier was. I think his name was Owen.

Stopped by to get some pretzels and told no pretzels for walk in customers. Would have been nice if it were posted online or if someone told me that on the phone when I called. Wish I could give them zero stars.

First time to any Philly Pretzel Factory and I got two cups of cinnamon sugar pretzels and both cups were horrible. They were hard as a rock. $10 went into the garbage.

Normally love this place but today was served a barely full cup of pretzel rivets that were smushed and hard are rocks and the cheese sauce cups were less than half full.

Nice place with all sorts of great soft pretzels for a meal or a snack.

We have used this location for years and yesterday was the first time I was disappointed. I had ordered a tray for a graduation party. Upon arrival I find out they are not able to accept anything but cash. Would have been nice to get a heads up, especially since many people don’t carry cash these days. Pretzels were not very fresh either.

I grew up just outside of Philly and have loved soft pretzels since I was a kid. From the ones sold outside of the Two Guys department store, to the street vendors on Lincoln Hwy with shopping carts of pretzels. Was thrilled when Philly Pretzel Factory made it to the Lehigh Valley. Real pretzels! Not that Auntie-XXX bleck. BUT... the Tilghman St. store, somehow, makes THE BEST pretzels. They are superior to their fellow franchisees in Allentown, Whitehall, Quakertown, etc. Theirs are soft and moist, and delicious. The others, not so much. Wish they'd share their secrets with some others, because Quakertown is a lot closer to my house, but I drive the extra 10 miles to Tilghman St to get the best. Keep it up!
