“My wife and I pick up dinner here occasionally and it’s consistently outstanding. Jeannie is a great chef and equally friendly. I really love the dishes that have caramelized onions (e.g. pierogis). They remind of the ones that my grandmother used to make. Pretty sure that they cook them the same way - low and slow with a touch of sugar. Highly recommended.“
“We ordered take out which consisted of the fish and shrimp dinner and a specialty pizza. Three big pieces of fish and three jumbo shrimp beer battered and cooked just right with a big order of fries. Pizza was perfectly done. We will definitely be visiting again.“
“This is one of our favorite places to eat. Very close to home and a great view of a North Park Lake. The food? It's very good! Lots of unique options. The same for their draft menu. And tons of bottled and canned beers. The service? Our server, Cam, was EXCELLENT. I'd go back just because of his great service! The weather was great today and got to sit outside which was a big plus!“
“Our high school class has met here a few times and really enjoyed our visit. We were allowed to bring our own dessert. There is no plate charge. It was a Christmas party and we had a private area with lots of room for our gifts and dessert. The area was private, though still a part of the eating area. When reservations were made each time, someone would get back to us in a timely manner. And once I had to change the date the manager was so nice about the change. Will probably go back again. I always leave Monte Cellas with a good feeling.Parking: No problemWheelchair accessibility: Don't need a wheelchair but the parking lot is level, no pot holes. But the entrance doors are quite heavy. Could use an automatic door opener for senior clients.“
“My work honored me recently with a retirement party, along with our Pittsburgh staff, at the Altius restaurant. My family has enjoyed dinner there before, and as always, everyone was quite impressed with the atmosphere, attentive staff, and fantastic food. Altius is a top-tier restaurant in Pittsburgh, and you will not be disappointed.“
“There's a lot of things to love about fig & ash; it's got a fun atmosphere, great service, and good food. The attentiveness of the staff was particularly a highlight -- different dishes and utensils for each part of the meal showed an attentiveness to the experience. The food is inventive on simple themes, which we loved (but also felt like it didn't hit on some things).Overall, it was a great experience, but I think for what it was, the price is just a little too high (and thus the 4 stars instead of 5). Specifically, some of the food pairings were a little off, and the environment is a bit cluttered. Nothing bad for a slightly less expensive restaurant, but at this price point it's a 4/5 for me.“
“I was so excited to finally make it out to Eleven ❤️Eleven is a five star restaurant all the way. Loved being greeted by the fireplace as you entered. On a rainy day it was very comforting. We were seated upstairs overlooking the bar and though I don't have any photos, you need to go see it for yourself.JR, he's the one with the fabulous hair, took wonderful care of us.We ordered the salmon and scallops and beet salad. They were very tasty and filling. We did split the candy bar dessert.I was very excited that I got to try a glass of Pappy Van Winkle 20-year-old bourbon. It was fabulous. Thank you JR for suggesting it.I've decided I'm going to become a regular here. ❤️❤️❤️?“
“Came for happy hour after work! Got to sit outside on the patio great atmosphere! Drinks were good and the food was great!! Just ordered some pickers: fried pickles, Nashville hot popcorn chicken (so GOOD), and Caesar salad (amazing). Our server, Brian took care of us! Great personality!! Thank you!! Will definitely be back!“
“I walked in and immediately love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. I tried their scallop shrimp risotto, pork chops, tartar, pate. The pork chops were well cooked and tender. But other parts of the chop were a little dry and salty. The risotto was creamy as I expected. The tartar was lean and flavorful. I think the only dish I thought was lacking was the dessert - sponge cake. Definitely wasn’t my cup of tea.The service was amazing and the fact that you get to see the professional chefs move to make these amazing dishes- I love it.“
“I recently dined at The Melting Pot and was thoroughly impressed by their Vegan fondue offering. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding service, showing great knowledge and attentiveness towards our dietary preferences. They guided us through the menu, ensuring we enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal while adhering to our vegan lifestyle. The Vegan fondue itself was beyond amazing, boasting a rich and flavorful taste that exceeded our expectations. With such a positive experience, it's safe to say we'll be returning to The Melting Pot for more culinary delights in the future.“
“Had never been to a Smokey Bones and wanted to try something smoked for dinner and so we went to Smokey Bones. I smoke all of my own meat and an very picky about what I eat out. Their a Bonefire was AWESOME! I highly recommend it and really anytime on their menu. Service was great from being greeted upon entry, server was one of the best we've had in a long time, can't remember his name but he was awesome. The food was tasty and, really good, and generous portions. I highly recommend eating here I didn't think you'll be disappointed!“
“Good craft beer selection!!Fried appetizers and even the clam strips were really good. Took a steak hoagie Togo and ate it for 3 days straight without even needing to heat it up 1) cuz the bread never staled or got soggy in the fridge 2) cuz the flavor was just that good “
“My husband and I had a great time experiencing The Puttery for the first time. We had the unlimited package and played five rounds of golf. This includes three 9 hole courses that you can play as many times as you choose. We also took advantage of the food and drinks. Drinks are allowed on the course and each hole has a stand for you to rest your drinks while you putt. For dinner I had the appetizer, potato flautas, and my husband had the BBQ bacon burger. Each were delightful. The decor on the courses and throughout the building was so much fun. I really enjoyed the different seating selections for dining as well. Linda was the host for the Garage course the day we were there. She was super sweet and seemed to love her job so much! We would recommend this place to many and would definitely come again if we are in Pittsburgh .“
“I recently dined at Sultry F&B and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, especially Madi & Morgan, making excellent recommendations. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in both the food and the service truly elevated the dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Sultry F&B is definitely a gem in the Pittsburgh dining scene!“
“Food great, top-tier service, prices were high but you got huge portions - would honestly like smaller amounts for less $ ($3.25 for a cup of coffee is kind of crazy either way). Gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I felt like I was eating in a store front and it has about zero character.Sausage is homemade and was my favorite thing!Parking: If parking out front is full, don't try to park around back. Difficult to turn around - had to park/walk across Babcock Blvd“
“Was looking for a new place to take the fam for my dad's birthday and stumbled across this place after a little research. It's a little outside of downtown Pittsburgh which is what we wanted because navigating and parking was easy ?As soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere. Super cool place and hadn't seen anything like it before. It gave a super cool vibe. I also put in a reservation for 11 and we ended up in a private room - didn't ask for it - but more than appreciated that we were kind of closed off in our own space ?Our server was really friendly and on top of everything...giving us details on specials, super on point with service in general, and overall gave an awesome experience. I wish I remembered his name to give a shout-out because I like to give credit where credit is due ?I ordered a full meal here - I will say the clam chowder was ok...not bad but nothing spectacular but I'm still giving 5 stars for everything else I stated above and the rest of the food I ordered. I also got shrimp wontons, which I wish I took a picture cause they were unique and texture was on point and flavor, especially the sauce was great. My main course was there cottage pie, their spin off shepherds pie but with a super flavorful gravy and shaved ribeye with mashed potatoes on top. Everyone at the table wanted it as soon as it arrived and it was awesome! I got a slice of chocolate cake to go which was also really good too ?I'd definitely come back for the atmosphere and to try more of their menu options because I don't think I'd be disappointed - Thank you for a great evening especially on my dad's birthday ?“
“Stopped by after a leisurely stroll at Riverview Park, and what a gem! The food was delicious, and you can totally tell it’s prepared with love. The staff was super friendly too. Can’t wait to go back and try some other items on the menu!“
“Did delivery. Ordered the Drumsticks with Hot Honey, Hushpuppies with Comback Sauce, and Homemade Biscuits with Blackberry Jam and Honey Butter. I was a huge fan of the Drumsticks. Cooked perfectly, not overseasoned. Could argue slightly underseasoned, but would take away from the hot Honey. Great pairing. The Hushpuppies were overcooked, so I can't really judge how good they were. The Comback sauce saved them, that sauce is on point, wished the hushpuppies weren't overcooked. The biscuits were also somewhat overdone. I feel that the Blackberry jam was a tad too tart. I didn't taste the honey in the honey butter. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good, either. I am encouraged with the potential, though. I will give them another shot.“
“My husband and I enjoyed the olives and baby artichokes (with the delicious focaccia bread) as appetizers. We both got smaller portion pastas which was just the right size for myself. We split dessert and had 3 cocktails between the 2 of us. The price was very reasonable. The service was excellent!“
“The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I liked that they have a chef driven/rotating menu, and everything is farm to table or supporting other local businesses (like breweries).Dietary restrictions: The menu had vegetarian and gluten free options. Also all of the specials were Lent friendly.“
“First time here, will definitely be back! Service was great food was great. Had the loaded fries, nashville chicken sandwich buffalo chicken eggrolls..not a fan of the eggroll but everything else was amazing. Ranch dressing was the some of the best I've “
“I moved away from Pittsburgh a couple years ago and I always regretted not trying Scratch & Co. I finally got a little reunion group together for brunch when I came back in town for a wedding, and I was blown away. The decor is charming, artful, and full of thoughtful antique restoration mixed with modern touches. The food was absolutely fantastic, I had the smash burger and also tried the bagel with schmear and shakshuka. So rare to find really good bagels in Pittsburgh and Scratch & Co. has them! I had an old fashioned donut as well which was also awesome. And the service was perfection as well. We had a great time, I can't wait to come back, I only wish I had made it more often before I left.“
“So, I wish I could give the Loft, specifically, seven or eight stars. Great environment, great bartenders (Paul is just the nicest guy in the world, honestly). A great karaoke night every Monday. And I actually came here to say this: someone stole a six pack of beer I had bought, and ERIN, the gm, just insisted on replacing it, even though it had nothing to do with their establishment. I thought that was incredibly cool, and I think this place, mgmt and bartenders, will take care of you no matter what.“
“We had a large group and food was good. Kids had sliders, rest of us had ahi tuna salad, lemon pepper wings, ziti, jambalaya and even had the trio pizzookies. Kids meals didn't come out with sides, but John fixed it. All in all, it was good meal, just wish we could have been wrapped up a little faster.“
“Our first time and it was nice my 12 year old has always been a picky eater so chicken nuggets Mac and cheese and french fries is always his go to but he didn't see any Mac and cheese or chicken nuggets on the menu so he picked a bacon cheeseburger and he had his very first hamburger! And liked it! Hopefully he will continue to try new things!!“
“I was visiting Pittsburgh for the first time with my siblings and we knew we wanted to try some Famous Pittsburgh Pierogis! When we walked into Cop Out Pierogies we were greeted with smiles and such welcoming people! Thank you for the amazing pierogis! We are so excited to cook up the frozen ones we bought! Your insight into Pittsburgh and all the places we should go while visiting was fantastic! Will be visiting again if ever in Pittsburgh! My only question is... Are you available to ship frozen Pierogis?!“
“My family and I celebrated a birthday brunch here. The owner was very accommodating in allowing our large party to dine there. He allowed us to rearrange the tables so we can fit our party of 15 in comfortably. The gesture made for a great time. As large as the party was he got all that food cooked and served in good time. Each meal he made was delicious. The pancakes were soft, fluffy and delicious! The omelettes were very tasty along with the home fries. My favorite was the shrimp, grits, eggs and toast! It’s a must have. My son was glad to be able to get a classic cheese burger and fries. He said it was ‘bussin’ lol.. the only things that was missing for me was a mimosa in a beautiful glass.? I will be back!“
“5 stars all the way. I'm vegetarian and my server recommended the mushroom taco. OMG. It was crispy oyster mushrooms with the precise amount of heat. I also go the baha fish taco and subbed potato for the fish. The potato was so crispy I thought they messed up my order and gave me fish. It was awesome, I can't wait to enjoy it again! I can't remember my servers name, but she was great too!“
“Bistro to Go did an incredible job for our vegan wedding. They worked with us to create a menu we loved and made time to answer any questions we had along the way. They had a complimentary tasting and the chefs even hopped on zoom calls throughout the planning to make sure the menu had been completely perfected. Shauna and the team also worked with us to provide the most inclusive menu possible - with plenty of gluten free options and nut free options in addition to the wedding being fully vegan. This made sure everyone attending the wedding could fully enjoy the food, which was extremely important to us. All of my non-vegan friends and family were raving about the food! My meat-eating uncle actually said "if all vegan food tasted like this I could go vegan." The meals were beautifully plated and the service was excellent. My non-vegan parents were so relieved and happy we went with Bistro. We had actually started with another company for our wedding, but after hiring them it was very difficult to reach them and when we did, it didn't feel like there was a willingness to work on customizing a menu for our wedding. We ended up switching to Bistro to Go and it was the best decision we made.“
“The experience started with the warm welcome from the staff. From the security to the bartender, they were all friendly and pleasant. The food was really good and seemed to be fairly priced for the area, although I still feel the area is overpriced in general. The process of getting into the venue was easy and organized. The space was a beautifully quaint and well-used venue. The crowd for a sellout was the perfect size and it was not overcrowded. The acoustics of the venue were very excellent and the price of tickets was phenomenal. If there is a downside, it is the parking, however it is free in the evening, which beats $40-$50 at most other venues. I will certainly be back just for the experience. Amazing work!“
“My husband and I went for breakfast here as we stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. When you walk into the restaurant the place is absolutely gorgeous and the ambiance is beautiful. Service was great, but I had one (small) issue with my breakfast plate. I ordered the frittata, thinking that it would be a thicker piece (a normal frittata), however it was almost paper thin with huge chunks of red & yelllow tomatoes, along with huge chunks of green onion. Not your ideal frittata!“
“A true gem in downtown Pittsburgh. We found this after a day at Phipps. We had to try it all. We started with the French onion soup that didn't disappoint! It was the most flavorful onion soup I have had. The Matzo Ball soup was just as amazing. We got so much food!!! The chicken platter and a smokehouse burger! Holy cow, so good!!!! Cannot say enough on the food. Our waitress Carly was amazing, super friendly, and just all around amazing! You have to give this place a try. We can not wait to come back. Only bad thing I would say is parking is tough when it's busy but so worth it if you find one.“
“I sometimes have a hard time finding this little neighborhood bar. It's a gem. I feel like it's kind of like a phantom bar that phases in and out of existence, like something out of Brigadoon. It defines the word 'cozy'. The food went from reheated pizza to (now) very respectable bar food. It's always chill here, and the prices are right. Bar staff are consistently friendly. It's good that this place is hard to find. It's for locals, and people that know how to behave in bars. If you can't respect that, you shouldn't go.“
“We had a wonderful dinner. The food was prepared perfectly by Executive Chef Nick Senske and his team. The cauliflower and truffle dip was sooo delicious as was the carrott appetizer. We shared three pasta dishes, all were delicious. The Short rib casserchia was very tasty! We will be back.“
“Food was great. I got the eggs, kielbasa, French toast and grits. The service was good as well. Nice neighborhood restaurant. Everyone knew everyone and they had fun times while serving the community. Love this place. I will definitely visit again. I do recommend Grandma B'“
“Love this place. We’re new to Dari’s and have become instant regulars. Friendly atmosphere, old school diner vibe and great food!! They’re always busy but service is quick and efficient.Parking: The borough of Bellevue has plenty of parking and only costs 1 quarter per hour M-S and free on Sundays. There’s a couple lots within a block of the diner and also street parking on both sides of Lincoln avenue.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant with great menu options for the kids.“
“I recently tried this place for the first time via grubhub. I ordered the shrimp and grits. The delivery was timely, and the food was delicious. The portion size was perfect, and everything tasted so good. I also appreciated the message on the box “thank you for supporting our dream.” I will be back again, but in person. I’d also recommend to anyone!“
“We had a wonderful evening with family and friends. PA market is an excellent place to get together and enjoy many different flavorful dishes and drinks. The service is always outstanding. We had the arroz con pollo (rice with chicken) and it was delicious. Pizza is always well liked as well as the burgers. Highly recommend.“
“My girlfriend and I are recent regulars. It has quickly become our favorite brunch spot in Pittsburgh. The food is consistently amazing but what ultimately keeps us coming back are the people. They truly care about their customers and they quickly feel like a second family. I wish I could give this place more stars.“
“Soo good ? The food is bomb?, I had the Philly steak with mushrooms and beer cheese, a side of fries and my husband had the Rodeo burger ? with fries also we had the Fish sandwich/fries and the twice fried chicken wings with the house bbq/onion rings and everything was cooked to perfection and so delicious.“
“We (couple) had a great dinner at Bridges & Bourbon. The service and atmosphere were great. We booked a day-of reservation and could only get in for dinner at 8:45pm but we didn't mind terribly. It was the St Patrick's Day parade that day so perhaps was busier than normal. We started with the shrimp and salad, both were good but not amazing. I had the smash burger and my partner had the streak - the mains were great. We ended with the tiramisu cheesecake, not what I was expecting (it was in a small ramekin) and more of a mousse than a cheesecake, but it was a nice light sweet to end our meal. I don't drink but the cocktails they were making looked very cool. On the pricier side but for a special night out I think it's justifiable!“
“Restaurant is actually accessible (not just "pittsburgh accessible" lol), no entrance stairs and it's all on one floor, including bathrooms and outdoor space. There is a parking lot across the street with curb cuts but it crosses a pretty steep street. Food is decent gastro pub fare (I think they have a gluten free fryer but not 100% sure) and the staff act like they are happy to have you.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is one floor no stairs“
“My partner loves sweets, cookies in particular, and I wanted to find a local bakery to buy some goodies for Valentine’s Day. Was happy to see that this place offers cookie packs with free shipping! I loved the assortment and the specialty Pittsburgh inspired cookies. I’ve never ordered baked goods through the mail before, so I was worried about how they would arrive. However, they were neatly packaged and individually wrapped! And they were still soft. This place also allows you to add a custom message which was added as a sticker on the inside of the box. The cookies were delicious and larger than I expected - I would definitely repurchase from this place! Thank you for the A+ Valentine’s gift!“
“I am so happy this place exists! These are the best cocktails I have had since we moved to the area from the San Francisco Bay Area. So impressed by the staff, everyone is so friendly and every drink has been fantastic. We will definitely be back!“
“I contacted Revival on Lincoln to host my best friend's bridal shower and I was extremely impressed with their event coordinator, Cindy. She was thorough, attentive, thoughtful, and considerate throughout the planning process. She took the time to tailored the event down to the last detail for a one-of-a-kin, memorable experience for everyone. I cannot say enough wonderful things! 10/10 would recommend!“
“This is my third or fourth visit to the Vandal and I continue to be impressed. The service is terrific. The ambience is nice casual. There is a small careful menu. And once again for me, as on previous visits, the appetizers totally shine. Everyone of them is interesting. A bit out of the box a bit playful and just as yummy as the description. I'm not usually a big dessert person, but the toffee cake was very delicious.“
“Delightful veg restaurant always with at least one hearty gluten free option, stage in an an eccentrically decorated antique shop. Food was great, environment was very good roomy and interesting. Lots of big tables! Their menu changes weekly so check back often!Vegetarian options: All menu items vegetarian or veganDietary restrictions: Gluten free items clearly marked“
“Such a warm and inviting, home style restaurant in the heart of Bellevue on Lincoln Ave. Upstairs is the bar / restaurant which has a delicious menu! Around back they have a speakeasy- typically live jazz music- with a cover but such cool vibes and great music!! Street parking or paid parking lots available- make sure to have your quarters!“
“The summit has been one of my favorite places since the day it opened. They have hands down the BEST Mac and cheese I've ever had. (I literally call and ask if they have it, believe me, if you know, you know!) they have the most creative cocktails and an amazing staff. I love the chill vibe with candles and dim lights. I newly found an extreme love for their smash burger as well. I'll be back, often!“
“This place is great! The owner is really nice. The building is huge and well maintained. There's pool tables and games and TVs and a huge bar. This is totally the place to go.I ordered a dozen and a half whole jumbo wings for pickup. $18. ($12.99 for a dozen.) He threw in extra wings cause he was worried a couple of them were small.I was blown away with how good the wings were and even more impressed by the price point. I rate these as top tier, entree-grade wings. As we all know, there are so many varieties of wings and personal wing preferences. So, let's get into it.The wings are baked and then fried, creating a really interesting and unique taste. They are totally naked, there isn't any breading - not even a light dusting. This means they aren't as crunchy as other wings, but some of us actually prefer naked whole wings. Even without any breading, they have a great outer texture and we're cooked perfectly. The Hot Garlic wings were my favorite. The sauce complements the naked-baked-then-fried cooking style to create a fantastic taste. This will be my go to when I return (and at these prices, I'll be back often). The Seasoned wings were very good, but different than I've ever had. Instead of a dry rub, it was almost like they had a light butter coating to them and then seasoning was applied. It could also be that since they are totally naked, the fat in the skin melts and stays wet. Or it could be oil left over from the fryer, but I kind of doubt that. Either way, they were not dry.The Seasoned wings are going to come down to personal preference. But, the Hot Garlic are as good as or better than any I've had anywhere!!Try them!!Parking: The spots aren't marked but the lot is hugeWheelchair accessibility: All one level, spacious, and there are two handicapped spots up front“
