“Can I take a moment to send some appreciation to Fritzys? I inquired about something different from the menu. Chef Rob went above and beyond. He doesn’t believe in frozen foods. Chef Rob makes everything fresh. The amount of detail and effort is incredible. There isn’t frozen foods here guys!! This man filleted a piece of chicken… breaded and fried it for me!!! He didn’t reach into a freezer to get some frozen chicken… this man filled and breaded by hand!!! Everything is homemade and delicious! The menu is always changing with specials! Never have to worry about the same mundane foods. We know that’s boring! I honestly can’t thank chef Rob and Kim for what they’re doing to serve our community. No processed junk. All fresh homemade foods!! Thank you for caring about us and giving so much effort!! You guys rock!“

“I like the 2-2-2 it's a breakfast meal you can get two pancakes or two toast you can get bacon or sausag and eggs it's around $9 it is 8 something but you got to think about tax everybody's so sweet and if you're lucky enough your kid can get a fruit snack and the cheeseburgers but the only bad thing is is tax and you have to pay for water but other than that it's pretty good if you go there every day they always remember you and it would be nice if they add kids mealKid-friendliness: They always have high chairs for your little baby“

“Ordered the reuben sandwich and a cheeseburger. The sandwich was incredible, the burger was ok but the French fries were just bad. No salt and somehow had grease pockets in them just waiting to explode in your mouth. Can't comment on atmosphere cause I just did a pick up order but the staff I encountered were super friendly and nice.“

“My husband and I had dinner at Robinson’s Smokey Bones last night. We were hungry and not disappointed with our meal. We had a friendly, upbeat waiter, Patrick, who gave us suggestions based on what we asked about menu items. My filet medallions, potatoes, and broccoli as a were delicious, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well. The berry cheesecake we split for dessert was scrumptious! We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll ask for Patrick on our next visit! I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a great setting!!“

“I had the chicken and avocado salad and it was wonderful! Loved it. The creme brulee wasn't the best I've ever had, but the salad wowed me. Also the olive oil with the bread was really yummy. Our server was attentive and sweet. There was a tater tot (or something) under the table, next to my seat, when we were shown to it which was a bit of a let down but we'll definitely be back!“

“My girlfriend and I are recent regulars. It has quickly become our favorite brunch spot in Pittsburgh. The food is consistently amazing but what ultimately keeps us coming back are the people. They truly care about their customers and they quickly feel like a second family. I wish I could give this place more stars.“

“Good food, good wine selection, expansive bourbon list, spectacular service, and the prices are fair.I had the rib and brisket plate with fries on my first outing there, and the chipotle flank steak with asparagus on the second. Both were excellent but I'd recommend the flank steak. I enjoyed the Boen Pinot Noir, sold by the glass. A solid wine.“

“Food was very good. The only thing I can say as a slight negative was the service. However, this was not the servers fault. They were the only one being host, bartender, and server for the entire dining room. Saying all of that he did a fantastic job, but could definitely use help.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten sensitive options that I have ordered.“

“Hands down the best breakfast we have ever had. Seafood omelet and steel city breakfast delicious! Portions are large, had enough to bring some home. “We chose to have my daughter’s birthday dinner at Cracker Barrel. She loves the tips, chicken,&shrimp. As do I. When our food was delivered, the two of us were very disappointed in the quantity that we were served of the trio. It was like they made one order and then split it between the two of us. We couldn’t even eat the steak tips. They were so over done. You couldn’t cut them with a knife let alone chew them. The restaurant was extremely busy. We did wait an hour for a table that was only supposed to be 20 minutes. This is the first time we have been disappointed in this Cracker Barrel.“

“Went here for my birthday because my boyfriend had been here before and loved it but I am disappointed with our experience today, the waiter seemed disassociated, we both ordered a steak as a entree and they looked like they were boiled in a pot of water and not cooked how we asked. We were supposed to both get potatoes for with our entrees and did not receive either one. And when we had addressed it with the manager she seemed unwilling to help. (One steak was supposed to be medium rare and the other is supposed to be rare)“

“Our first time at this location. We started with sangria and a long island ice tea. The sangria was excellent, so I had two. The long island ice tea was good not great. Then we ordered Cesar salads - they are large, not a side salad - but good. Then we had the half rack of ribs with a baked potato and the 12 oz ribeye with fire grilled corn on cob. The ribs were just warm. The baked potato was excellent. The ribeye was a perfect med rare - excellent, and the corn was good. Overall a good meal. However the entire place needs a good dusting - don't look up. We may try again in the future.“

“I recently discovered Dee Jay's and I'm thrilled to say it is one of my favorite new restaurants. It was so very good. Dee Jay's makes perfect BBQ. We tried the house made chips with french onion dip as an appetizer. It was good. For my meal, I had a combo plate featuring a BBQ chicken breast and baby back ribs. Both were delicious. The ribs melted off the bone. They were ?!! On the side I had the refreshing coleslaw and Dee Jay's signature twisted fries. The fries are really yummy and fun. Service and atmosphere were top notch. I will most definitely visit again and I highly recommend.“

“I’m super particular about my food, I want it cooked but I also don’t want it cooked like shoe leather. Ordered honey barbecue wings and they were truly the best wings I’ve had from any local restaurants. Cooked but soft skin, and the entire wings covered in sauce, not like some these place that drizzle sauce on theirs. Fast service and friendly environment. They also have the “BEST” apple pie that’s ever made by mankind.“

“Amazing food! Truly delicious Italian food, and some of the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s a hidden gem that goes unnoticed way too much. A perfect place to get upscale food and classic Italian-American food. I tried the Pick a Pasta with vodka sauce and penne and a mini peanut butter chocolate bombe for dessert. Both items were stellar. The pasta was perfectly cooked, not too soggy or too Al dense. The sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and creaminess, with that tomato bringing in a touch of acidity. Great portion for the price, too. Highly recommend it.The bombe was a lovely little dessert, and the perfect size for a person (you might be able to split if you’re too stuffed). Rich peanut butter and chocolate, tasty cake. Very good for the price. And very clearly made in house. They also gave me some complimentary bread, which was absolutely delicious. A humongous piece of bread! Topped with some seeds, and it goes perfectly with the olive oil they added in as well. So delicious. All in all, this place is amazing. Delicious pasta and desserts, and what a nice surprise with the bread! I would definitely order from here again.Vegetarian options: You can make pasta dishes that are vegetarian, salads, etc“

“Out of the many gastropubs that have been popping up, this has been my favorite! The menu is diverse in both food, beer, and cocktails. They have daily and monthly drink specials, the monthly beer special is a great way to try a certain brewery. The food is fantastic tasting and is a great value for the price. The atmosphere is fresh and fun. Great location with lots of parking.“

“Highly recommend the pulled pork sliders, creamy coleslaw and homemade chips! We ordered takeout for 15 people for an event and it was ready, well packed and made the set up easy. “Surprising great! We just stop overnight here at the hotel on the way from D.C. to Chicago, and didn’t expect a lot besides of any cities here, just to bite something after the ride. This restaurant is like a pearl in the middle of nowhere (sorry if someone feels offended?) and we are happy to have stopped here. Our experience was great! I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered two starters instead of a “full” dish - one too much! The portion are really good and much bigger than expected. My husband took the filet mignon only and it was enough for him.My tuna tartar as well as the pumpkin salat was fine presented on plate, had an intensive fresh aroma and tasted delicious even if I would never combine tuna & sweet papers, but it works good! The house wine was good enough and with 8€ a nice offer. All in one - we appreciated the meal, the service, the modern design and the wine and we clear recommend this place! Our warmest thanks to the cooking & service team?“

“This is our “go-to” place any time we don’t feel like cooking. The wings are always fire. We share them every time and usually get our “regular” things. Rarely do we stray from the menu- but tonight we tried the seasonal menu. Mark W was our server, and when I hesitated about ordering the Street Torta, he gave me his seal of approval. The sandwich was DELICIOUS and I would love to see it on your year-long menu. Also, not sure I would have tried without Mark recommending! So, very grateful for always speedy, reliable, tasty dinner. (the beer selection is obviously above average too!)“

“I had the chicken salad on a croissant. It was good but hard to eat as the croissant didn't tend to break apart as it was being eaten. The coleslaw was good but some herbs would make it great. The waitress was excellent. Very attentive and pleasant. I will say that the restaurant was quite busy. So next time I will try something different.“

“Best wings in the area and it's not even close.I grabbed some wings as recommended by a friend and they were amazing. Peach bourbon is like candy, little sweet for me but I could see people loving those. Honey jalapeño (honey mustard with cut up jalapeño) was great. The garlic parm was smothered in butter, garlic and palm. 10/10 on those for sure. My friends had barbecue and mango habinero. Both were great. We will continue to order from there over other places. That seems to be the general consensus by our 2nd shift work force that orders out as we were going elsewhere before.“

“The foods truly excellent, I strongly recommend coconut shrimps as starter. The rib eye steak cooked rare also fantastic, just right with juicy. “Lot of talk about how great the burgers are here. They were good, but I certainly wasn't blown away. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to good burgers. The pattie itself was cooked past medium and honestly lacked seasoning. The bun was mediocre. The toppings where fresh and the fries are good. I've yet to try other items on the menu.Parking is a bit tricky if it's busy. Tight area up there around the restaurant. There are two entrances. One for the bar which is around front. And a back entrance for the restaurant. The staff was great, and very friendly.Overall it's worth a visit. But if you're a burger snob you will be under whelmed.“
