The Crystal Room at the Bedford Springs Resort offers a great dining experience with an excellent atmosphere and a decent menu variety. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide helpful information about the resort's history. While the food quality is generally praised, with the steak being the only exception, the service could use some improvement, particularly regarding the wine service. Overall, the Crystal Room provides a satisfying dining experience for guests at the resort.
