I only ever get bagels here which isn’t a very hard to prepare. This is the second time I’ve received a spiral cut bagel. It was spinning on the slicer instead of going straight through. It makes the bagels useless. It was the same employee both times. I brought the first one back and asked for a new one, the employee was rude but the manager was nice. Also, why did you start opening at 10? I thought this was a breakfast place

The manager was very rude. I ordered a soup and salad with a bread bowl and at first received two soups and my bread bowl. After asking the manager for my missing item he decided to be very short and dismissive. After driving 45 minutes home I had realized that not only did he miss my salad but also gave me two soups that I did not order and not the one that I paid for. Not to mention the rock hard bread bowl that I received. Very upset about this….
