Cant pull in to park. Whoever designs starbucks parking lots and drive thrus should get an award for the dumbest you can be, and still be employed. Every single parking lot sucks. SLOW service, just like every other starbucks. Trash company. Exactly as expected!
Drinks aren’t bad when they have what you ask for. HOWEVER, there’s an 8 out of 10 chance they are sold out of whatever you want to order. And then you don’t find out until you get there to pick your order up which is completely frustrating. Especially if you have somewhere else you need to be like work or school. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location whenever possible.

When I order my drink it’s made differently every time. Currently, I’m drinking an overly sweet cinnamon dolce cold latte, asked for whip cream and less pumps of the syrup because I don’t like a sweet drink. Got no whip and as I stated before overly sweet. I order this on the app to pick up before I go to work. I’ve had them remake it in the past, but why can’t they just make it right the first time?
