“The perfect place for your private party!I had a surprise birthday party for my husband at Artisan recently, and I can say with confidence that Artisan is THE place to have your private party! From the moment I first spoke with the manager, Glennie, the planning and coordination was easy and pleasant. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful, always working to make sure all of my questions were answered. Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!Vegetarian options: Wonderful crab cake sliders and salads“
“It was a nice place with top notch service. Our waitress was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The food was good but nothing special or top tier. The citrus poached jumbo shrimp cocktail was solid. The shrimp fell below jumbo, but was relatively inexpensive per piece. The shrimp was well cleaned, served ice cold, and tasty. The seabass was well portioned and juicy with a pleasant flavor. Good, but nothing that stood out. The Prime NY Strip was okay. It was a little overcooked and under seasoned. It just lacked the flavor a prime steak should have. Overall, the restaurant is a little on the expensive side for the quality of the food. I would go back, but because of the service not because the food is a must have.“
“What a find! Did a 6 wine flight of all reds and they were all delicious! Great atmosphere. Kaylee and Angela were great - helpful, knowledgeable and just fun to speak with, as was Julie the owner. My only complaint is I’m about an hour away - I would definitely be a regular if I was closer! But I’m planning return trips!!“
