“Lovely Little Spot. I Can Genuinely Seh.....It Likkle But It Tallawah!!! Atmosphere was welcoming, the home cooking aroma greeted you at the door. The presentation was satisfying and limitless. Everything was fresh and available. Greeted and served by Ms. Dulette herself who was extremely polite and hospitable. Couldn't resist the good food and conversation. Curry goat had me feening for some more 'Billy' , Rice and peas 'Shell Dung' and the Callaloo was rich like 'American Money.....green goodness. Fried Plantain had my tastebuds tingling with sweetness. Had to have a cold Ting, to wash it all down. Definitely needs a revisit. Oh I had to use the washroom aka 'loo'...aka restroom.. “Calabash is another one of our frequent favorites! We stop in regularly for their Sunday brunch and BAY-BEE…They NEVER disappoint! The staff are attentive and check in throughout your dining experience to ensure you have everything you need and everyone is always so friendly. The dining and food areas are always clean and well organized. The space is large and decor is simple. This is a great open space for dining during COVID as all the tables are well spaced out allowing parties to social distance. All staff wore gloves and masks today. We loved to see Calabash doing their part in keeping their customers and staff safe. One thing about Calabash, they are always going to offer a variety of options to choose from. Choosing what to eat is the hardest part because literally everything looks so amazing. It’s all about how much space you can save in between plates. From home fries to oxtails, EVERYTHING is amazing and satisfies that Island food craving! Sunday brunch also includes bottomless mimosas and I absolutely LOVEEEE mimosas! The pancakes are fluffy and remind me of funnel cake; thy are made so perfectly every time. THIS PLACE DOES NOT MISS! The fish is always fried to a perfect golden brown and very dish is flavorful and savory.Calabash will continue to be on my list of repeats! Check them out and be sure to make it to next Sunday’s Brunch!“

“It was our first time visiting CSC and I must we felt at home. The owner is welcome and very pleasant. Aunty can cook!!! The chow mein was masta, the bake and salt fish had lots of flavor, and homemade chicken curry that tastes just like mom's. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this restaurant to friends and family.“

“I have been a patron of Jaggie's for many years! We usually take out but my mother and I decided to eat in today. The staff is always friendly and warm, the food is prepared well and seasoned to perfection, there are many options of food to eat and we are always pleased with our choices be it breakfast ackee and saltfish, or porridge or perhaps ox tails, curry, soup, whatever! It's always to perfection! My first choice for Jamaican food in and around Philadelphia is Jaggie's! Go see for yourself! You will be happy that you did! :)“

“I had the Jerk Chicken and it was really good. The Jerk isn’t overly spicy and tasty. Mac is good enough, and taste better than it looks. Yams really good not overly sweet, just perfect. Seafood salad isn’t sweet, more of a seasoned taste to it, different from what I’m used to but good. Great portion sizes. 1 platter and a few additional sides fed me, my wife, and 2 toddlers. I will order again, definitely want to try them turkey wings.“

“So I love Jamaican food, preferably Curry goat. I was craving some for lunch today my and Blue Lagoon was less than a minute from job. I seen it had pretty good reviews but wanted to try for my self. I was not disappointed. The owner was very nice and Holds his service and food to a very high standard for his customers. He has a open kitchen so you can see everything in the back and it was so clean. I got a curry coat platter with rice and peas Mac and cheese and a Tingz grapefruit soda. Everything was delicious I had so much food, it ended up being my dinner too! Will definitely be back very soon! I spent about $23 on my food and drink and left him a $3 tip.“
“After arriving back into the United States ??, it was time for a well deserved snack. The airlines don’t offer more than a few cookies and a beverage. After more than 4-hours of travel, it was time for break before heading home ?. The cinnamon pretzels were delicious and enjoyable.“

“So thankful I don’t have to go to Philly anymore for good Jamaican food!!! When you open the door, the aroma pulls you in! The food is always well flavored and you get large portions!! I also love that her food isn’t too oily. Some Jamaican restaurants will have good food but use too much oil. For the review that said they filled the large compartment with sweet potatoes, looks like you ordered weird. You get 2 sides. Rice is a side! You have to order rice if you want it and it goes in the large compartment with your meat on top. If you don’t order rice, one of your sides will go in the large compartment with the meat on top. That’s how ALL or mostJamaican restaurants serve their platters!! If you’re familiar with Jamaican cuisine, you know to order rice as a side. Or, always pick something you’re ok with your meat being on top of.“
