Pak Yue is the _best_ manifestation of that restaurant. Wonton Soup is packed with wontons, you couldn't fit another one in the takeout container. To Go trays barely close, they're so stuffed. If your bill is five, ten cents over a dollar amount they wave it off instead of making you carry nine dimes the rest of the day. They're super generous with sauces. And, amazingly, when they quote "15 minutes" when you call for takeout, it's actually fifteen minutes.If you don't like Pak Yue, you probably just don't like this quasi-franchise of food.“

I can't recall ever having any issues, and we call this place usually at least once a week. “Hunan Palace is take out only. That doesn't bother us at all. This was our first visit. The food here is much better than our former Chinese restaurant. We ordered a variety of items; springrolls, general tso chicken, beef and broccoli, bbq spare ribs, chicken on a stick, vegetable lo mein. We felt the springrolls could have used a little more flavor but that's just our opinion. Every other dish was excellent. Plenty of sauce on all the dishes. The spare ribs were tender and moist not dry or stringy as they can be from other restaurants. Their chicken on a stick is prepared differently than I had ever had it. It had a light coating on it. No dried out, leathery chicken here! We will definitely be making Hunan Palace our regular chinese restaurant.“

“King Garden is highly recommended for local chinese food in N. Wilmington. The kitchen and owners are very clean. The owner also listens and does her best accommodate for food allergies. Their vegetables and meats (especially the shrimp, chicken & pork) are always fresh. Only one time did we get some broccoli that was subpar, and when we brought it back to show them they quickly apologized and gladly provided a credit for our next takeout. I didn't need a special receipt or anything, the owner wife remembered us the next time we came in. Tina knows her regular customers! Parking is the only negative aspect to this great restaurant. Navigating in and out of that parking area with a Wawa on one side and a very popular Italian restaurant on the other side is often a challenge especially at peak hours or on weekends. King Garden has two designated spaces allotted to their restaurant and most times you can find one available. If you can, back in to make exiting much easier & safer.“

General Tso's is always delicious tho sometimes I wish it was a little crispier. For whatever reason their Lo Mein is pretty bad anymore, used to be great.
