“Wow where do I begin? I called for a delivery and both gentlemen that I spoke to offered great suggestions and were very nice! I ordered something that was not ready yet but they offered to make it for me anyways! Food is AMAZING the food was sooo delicious I had to say it twice it was that good!! Between the amazing customer service and the even better food I will be a frequent customer here now and reccomending them to everyone! Thanks Guys!!!“

“I ordered myself some Brown Stew Chicken, rice, and beans with some sweet potatoes. I loved every bit of it! Everything about it was on point! Portion size was great enough for 2-3servings with the large that I got. The taste was so fresh that I tasted every ingredient definitely made with love! The lady at the front is always welcoming with a smile. Service is fast, I always take my food to go, but you can dine in. Not one of my best photos, but it's gonna have to do;)“

“What a great find. Friendly service, cute place with large tables that can accommodate a big group and great food. They prepared something special for my vegan diet which was a carribean inspired lentil dish over rice with a little heat and delicious plantains and my husband had the Cuban jibarito and deep fried corn. All the plants are so beautiful! Check this place out.Vegetarian options: They were more than happy to modify a dish to be vegan so I imagine it would be just as easy for vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Large space, fun atmosphere.“

“Lovely Little Spot. I Can Genuinely Seh.....It Likkle But It Tallawah!!! Atmosphere was welcoming, the home cooking aroma greeted you at the door. The presentation was satisfying and limitless. Everything was fresh and available. Greeted and served by Ms. Dulette herself who was extremely polite and hospitable. Couldn't resist the good food and conversation. Curry goat had me feening for some more 'Billy' , Rice and peas 'Shell Dung' and the Callaloo was rich like 'American Money.....green goodness. Fried Plantain had my tastebuds tingling with sweetness. Had to have a cold Ting, to wash it all down. Definitely needs a revisit. Oh I had to use the washroom aka 'loo'...aka restroom.. It was CLEAN, fully stocked, smelled good and the toilet seat was warm.......?????“

“This is comfort food plus comfortable people. It was a pleasure stopping in for the first time this weekend and it's going to be a regular eatery for me now. The food is delicious, the pepper steak melts in your mouth and every side dish was amazing. The medium was enough for two meals.“

The space is large and decor is simple. This is a great open space for dining during COVID as all the tables are well spaced out allowing parties to social distance. All staff wore gloves and masks today. Choosing what to eat is the hardest part because literally everything looks so amazing. It’s all about how much space you can save in between plates. “They always have Chicken Foot Soup, and they are VERY affordable. I love this place! Soup made daily, so it's always fresh.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, and it is located on the ground floor. Easy access for someone in a wheelchair.“

“My favorite from Tropical Choice is the curry chicken or oxtails. This restaurant never lets me down. The food is always hot, ready and delicious! The quality of the food is ALWAYS A1! The owners of this restaurant are always polite and patient! LOVE IT HERE“

“This place is Caribbean and all the best ways. Please note that when you get there the kitchen might be closed. The staff is not rude but they're also not super friendly. Anyone who has had a fantastic experience at a Caribbean eatery can tell you that most of the staff were absolutely rude to them. In fact, in some communities there is a direct correlation between the rudeness of the staff and the fantastic flavor of the food. Every time I go here when the kitchen is open I get a shrimp roti. It is fantastic. It is like chicken soup for the ravaged soul or homemade macaroni and cheese or homemade chicken pot pie on a winter's evening after a long day's work. It is fantastic. “I had the Jerk Chicken and it was really good. The Jerk isn’t overly spicy and tasty. Mac is good enough, and taste better than it looks. Yams really good not overly sweet, just perfect. Seafood salad isn’t sweet, more of a seasoned taste to it, different from what I’m used to but good. Great portion sizes. 1 platter and a few additional sides fed me, my wife, and 2 toddlers. I will order again, definitely want to try them turkey wings.“

“So I love Jamaican food, preferably Curry goat. I was craving some for lunch today my and Blue Lagoon was less than a minute from job. I seen it had pretty good reviews but wanted to try for my self. I was not disappointed. The owner was very nice and Holds his service and food to a very high standard for his customers. He has a open kitchen so you can see everything in the back and it was so clean. I got a curry coat platter with rice and peas Mac and cheese and a Tingz grapefruit soda. Everything was delicious I had so much food, it ended up being my dinner too! Will definitely be back very soon! I spent about $23 on my food and drink and left him a $3 tip.“

“The food was very good. The oxtail were very tender falling of the bone. The platter had a lot of rice and peas and cabbage. I had a medium platter. The only thing I wish was different was the amount of the meat. It only had 4 oxtail in the platter.“

“This has been my Spanish food place for at least 7 years now. I remember when it was a convenience store that sold food in the back now they have converted the whole store into a restaurant. The owners are pretty cool they know me by face, that to say one day I forgot my wallet and she just let me take the food and just paid the next time I was in there. FYI they open early and by 1pm they start getting ready to close, or the food has been sold out TRUST ME so get there early.“

“Out of a lot of different places, I went this place, definitely answers to the Trinidadian culture. All their food takes me back To my trip to Kingston a bit. The oxtail was some of the best oxtail I’ve ever eaten, and they gave me a very nice size platter. The food was very affordable and I will be back.“
