“Last weekend we planned a small last minute birthday party, I went in and asked if i could get a 3 ft sub for the next day. They didn’t have enough time since it was less than 24 hrs to make the bread, but they were more than willing to make me a platter of subs in place. Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. We had great customer service.“

“Let me start off by saying this place operates like a well oiled machine. When you walk in they always great you in such a friendly way. The place is also spotlessly clean. There’s nothing more unappetizing than a dirty food establishment. This place doesn’t have that issue. Now for the food, the sandwich is delicious. The meats, veggies and bread taste like they were just received the same day. As well, you get a lot of meat on the sandwich and a little bit of lettuce, this is how it should be. Only gripe is that they are only open till 2PM and not on weekends.“

Has over charged, and it took 3 people to get it figured out.As well he was Rude. told me I could take money back and eat somewhere else. I was not the one that couldn' t run the register. Bring born and raised in Philly every place I've lived and/or worked I search for good cheese steaks and seems most places put their own twist.. thats cool but Bruno's gets it right.. especially that soft roll.. many don't realize how significant getting the bread right is ! Again not knocking other places on their sandwiches because I've had some that really piled on the meat but making a cheese steak with the pizza dough isn't what I call a cheese steak.. more like a calzone. This coupled with Deitz & Watson meats turns this place into a juggernaut. Hauz is the the definitive place for sandwiches in this area. Full stop. In a land riddled with sub par, oversaturated pizza shop hoagies, Hauz is the North Star.“

“Very friendly both employees. I was disappointed in the white wrap, as I wouldn't had known it was stale until I bit into it after leaving establishment. Was like eating through parchment paper. IF I were to get a wrap in future, I'd request to pull a wrap out that's underneath top.“
