“I highly recommend the all you can eat sushi. I have been coming here for over 10 years and it only gets better. They have a very creative menu, plus all the basics. The selection accommodates to many preferences (whether you like raw sushi, cooked sushi, vegetarian rolls, or just want to order lots of appetizers). The food comes out fast with the sushi being made within site of all dining tables. A+“
“Dymond is a great server. Very attentive. Matt's Mongolian beef was fantastic. Everything was cooked to perfection!PF Chang's is our go to restaurant. We love all the gluten free options and how careful their kitchen staff is about preventing cross contamination.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love it here and the kids menu keeps them happily entertained while waiting for their food.“
“Chinese food is what I like to eat the most. I've enjoyed everything I've had there, but the General Tso's chicken and lo mein are my favourites, plus this is the only place I could purchase pizza rolls. I appreciate that I usually receive additional fortune cookies since they are so sweet and friendly. Definitely suggest.“
“Looking for an exceptional Chinese takeout experience? Look no further than this gem. Audrey, the welcoming face behind the counter, sets the tone with her genuine warmth and personalized service. The portions are sizable and well worth the affordable prices. But what truly impresses is the consistently flavorful and fresh food. Whether you're craving classic favorites or daring to try something new, this place delivers every time. Hands down the best Chinese takeout within a 30-minute radius. Audrey and the team have perfected the art of creating a welcoming atmosphere and delicious cuisine, making each visit a treat worth savoring.“
“My husband and I stopped here when we were in the area and the food did not dissapoint! We ordered the Hot and Sour Soup, Ban Ban Noodles, "Lamb" w/ Cumin Kabobs, and the Phoenix and Dragon Fly Together (Gen Taos' Chick'n + Shrimp). Everything was great! We were a little sad that they no longer offer a buffet, but it's okay - our server told us they only offer it on holidays. There is so much variety on the menu and if you are having trouble choosing, like we did, the servers are great at recommending items. The atmosphere is a little lackluster but I understand restaurants, especially vegan establishments, are so much work to begin with. We will definitely be visiting again!Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan. Woohoo!!“
“All I have to say is WOW! I'm always in the lookout for good Chinese food and I've found a hole in the wall place that's great. Fresh, hot & flavorful. I would suggest ordering ahead of time as this place is steady busy.“
“We were traveling through and hit the jackpot here. Crab Rangoon and Egg roll were very good. But the sushi stole the show! Spicy salmon crunch was very good...the dynamite was exceptional...we all agreed the New Year was our favorite. There were so many other items we wanted to try. Great food. Great friendly service! Thank you!“
“We love to eat at Yangtze. Great food. Amazing service. Fair to Wonderful prices. Cute atmosphere. I’m not sure what else you could want.Dietary restrictions: My husband has Celiac Disease and they always take great care of him here. They have an easy to read gluten free menu, and they bring him gf soy sauce too. Wait staff and kitchen have been very careful to keep his food safe and we’ve eaten here many times over the years since his diagnosis.“
“Liu Garden only has take out service. You can call ahead and order, or walk in and place a take out order and wait. Chairs are available if you're waiting. We have always found the food to be high quality. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.“
“Everything here is great. The sushi is always well made and so is all the other Asian food. The servers are very personable and have a great knowledge of the menu. We have been coming here for years.Vegetarian options: California rolls, vegetable dishes“
“The food here is always good and freshly prepared. This is not your typical Asian takeout place. This is a really nice sit down place that is BYOB that also happens to do takeout. If you go at lunch the combo meals are average price. Everything on the dinner menu is a la carte but we'll worth it. I've had everything from duck to chicken to beef and all have been good. The wonton soup is very flavorful as is the house made ginger dressing. My daughter loves their sushi which is also freshly prepared to order. The service is always good and the manager is very friendly. If you like good Asian cuisine, this is the place to go.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on one level. There are tables to accommodate a wheelchair and a handicap bathroom stall in the women's room so I would assume so for the men's room as well.“
“Best Chinese/American Food in the area. If in the mood for more authentic Chinese, Han Dynasty is right down the street. But if you want consistently amazing, Chinese American cuisine like the best egg foo young I’ve had in years, or egg rolls, spare ribs etc this place is on point every time. Thanks China Inn!“
“This is one of those "hole-in-the-wall" places that are mainly set up for take out orders. Although they do have a few tables for dining in, I don't think they have wait service. ? (That's just my opinion because it's not that type of restaurant with the ambiance. The tables are there more for if you'd rather sit there to eat your food, IMO)... I really love their scallion pancakes as an appetizer as well as their General Tso's, Chicken in Garlic Sauce, and Mu Shu Pork! ? I feel like a Chinese food conoiseur and this is the only place that I will order from. Moved to a neighboring area over 12 years ago and I've tried every single Chinese place over the years. This is the only one I go to now and I will drive out of my way to order from here! ?“
“Well, we went here for pick up after hearing good things. The food was okay. The pork fried rice was flavorful, but the rice seemed a bit overcooked. Daughter liked her beef lo mein just fine. The beef and black bean sauce was not what hubby and I are used to when we go to Chinatown. Very few black beans, actually, mostly chopped veggies and some beef. The flavor was good, but they did not give us the white rice it was supposed to come with. The service was fast.“
“Everything we tried here has been fantastic and big portions. Do yourselves a favor and call to order instead of ordering through Uber Eats or GrubHub, the prices are way lower if you call.Parking: Parking out backWheelchair accessibility: Ramp in back“
“Great local Chinese place. If you're expecting Michelin Star food (as some of the other reviewers seem to), you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for standard chinese takeout, you can't beat Number 1. Restaurant is family-owned and the owners are very nice. The food is good and they get it out quick. I recommend the General Tso's combo platter if you like spice!“
“I really like this restaurant. I went out with my family.it was a great experience.my family really enjoyed it.it was cheap but great.it takes a couple of mins but it looks really fresh.if your unpatient you might not like this restaurant.if you are you would probably will hopefully.if you like fortune cookies you get them before you even ask them, they can read your mind! So yeah I really recommend this restaurant if you are a chicken or sushi person.this is my I recommend this restaurant.“
“Great pho!! I got the beef stew pho, husband got the deluxe. Got a few appetizers too. The pho was incredible, the meat was very tender! The dumplings were delicious. I wasn’t too big of a fan of my nieces meals. The fried chicken and grilled shrimp.“
“I’ve passed this place so many times and finally stopped and I’m glad we did. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything on the menu looks good and Diana helped suggest what to order. All of the food is extremely flavorful and aromatic. The wood ear mushroom & pepper sauce is very refreshing and is a nice palette cleanser, had some spicy cucumber added to it and it was fantastic. We were also recommended the fried pork belly with leek which has a nice sweet and slightly peppery spice. Lastly the family stew is incredible. It has beef, shrimp, fish, leek, chili, pretty much ever flavor you can imagine with a nice spicy oily broth, one of the most flavorful Chinese dishes I’ve had. We will definitely be coming back, there was not a single thing I could complain about.“
“This was my late mother's favorite restaurant, and also my teenage son's favorite restaurant. I didn't realize that they were going to close this beautiful location, so it was very special that we went there for my son's birthday celebration! They were slammed because of all the people who were trying to get one last amazing meal before they close on March 19, 2024, but the food remained absolutely amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented! “
“Nice staff I ordered a sweet and sour chicken combo plater the fried rice and were fine, but the breaded chicken was very good very moist nice portions, usually I order pork but this place only had the chicken and i find most places its dry or rubbery !“
“This has been our family's go-to takeout place for the past 8 years. My kids have grown up loving their "dippy chicken" (sweet and sour), and their lo mein has gotten us all through some bad days. Feeling down? Go get yourself some lo mein from Mayflower, make yourself a cup of tea at home, and cozy up under a soft blanket. If I'm having an especially rough day, a side order of steamed vegetables and some crab rangoons can make the world feel a little better. My youngest child says the only way he likes cashews is when he has the cashew chicken from Mayflower. My husband, without fail, orders the bourbon chicken every time. Even when he says he might want to switch it up, we all know he'll still end up ordering the bourbon chicken. For good reason - it is incredibly good! I usually order their pad thai. I know, they are not listed as a thai food place, but they still make the best pad thai I've had within a 20 mile radius! I like to get mine extra spicy so it has a little kick. Their Mongolian beef is good. I've gone through a few phases where I'll prefer their Schezuan chicken or hunan chicken, or I'll feel like trying something a bit different - everything I've tried has been good. I will say that I prefer the white rice over fried, I don't order the general tsao's very often because I find it a little too sweet, and while I don't mind their boneless spare ribs, they aren't something I order often as they can be a little dry, but those are all personal preferences. Also, thank goodness for online ordering! I have anxiety and trouble hearing, which can make talking on the phone or placing orders in person nearly impossible at times, so I greatly appreciate the ability to click a few buttons and know that my order will be ready quickly. That said, the people are always very friendly, their delivery driver always greets me with a smile, and it's clear that a lot of care is put into their business. I look forward to many more years, knowing if I ever need a little joy through the day, an order from Mayflower is a great place to start.“
“This has been our go to place for Chinese food. The quality of the food is always great. The staff is always friendly and the speed of service is fantastic. Highly recommend.Parking: Several spots are available right in front of the store. Overflow parking available nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is wheelchair accessible, handicapped accessible parking is close to the store.“
“Amazing food . The Price is even better.Parking: If you are not familiar with driving in a city, parking may be difficult for you. Just keep calm, and follow what the other drivers are doing. But please...Do not leave your car doors unlocked.“
“Forever was the first Chinese restaurant we discovered after we moved from NJ to Mainline Philly in 2017. We quickly got hooked on their refined Szechuan style Chinese dishes. They are very tasteful but less spicy than in China That's perfect to our tastes. We frequently saw many Chinese students in Philly driving out to dine in Forever. And we also kept coming back. During COVID 19 pandemic we were quite worried that the restaurant might close the door. So we tried to come to eat if allowed or take out if dinning in was not possible. Over time I developed some favorite dishes and anytime I went, I always got exactly the same style and taste for my dishes. The consistency has been amazing! In my view, Forever is the best Chinese restaurant outside I476 around KOP and along Mainline.“
“OMG ! They truly live up their name, Bombay Dhabba. We are from Bombay, and we missed authentic street style Bombay food. Once we tried them and then our search ended. They serve tasty and delicious Bombay food. We only like the Audubon one Bombay Dhabba. ?“
“The general tso's sauce IS the best! I get the general tso's tofu (don't knock it till ya try it) and it's great every single time. Their tofu(or whatever)+ broccoli (brown sauce) is really good as well. I don't usually get the fried rice but I recall it being decent. Not a sit in restaurant and it isn't the most welcoming store front as another person as mentioned, but the food is fast and delicious and I have never had a single issue.Vegetarian options: General tso's tofu“
“First time eating here, The food was fantastic!!! I have had shrimp egg foo young in many places but not many can compare to this one! I dont like when they put yellow gravy on the egg Foo young its gross! ?? here you get brown gravy and egg Foo young is cooked to perfection! Not oily and overly cooked to the point of almost burnt. Truly I will come here again! And the place was VERY clean ?“
“I adore this restaurant, & have for many many years. Have given gift certificates to family members for many occasions . Delicious food, wonderful people, NEVER received a bad meal. Absolutely highly recommend this restaurant. Very quaint!“
“Looking at some of the other reviews, I feel like these people ordered from another restaurant or are just trying to sabotage. This place is fantastic. I don't commonly review because I only go out of my way to do it when warranted. My wife has not been happy with a single Chinese restaurant in the Philadelphia area until we found this one. Where we live, I cross my fingers every time, hoping we're still in their delivery range. I guess some people need their food MSG'd to hell rather than enjoying actual ingredients. If the latter is what you want, this is the place.“
“We were looking for Chinese delivery and this food was outstanding as well as quick. I got the coconut shrimp...OMG..delish. Two shrimp filled me up. We also got the classic General Tso chicken, shrimp rolls, and steamed dumplings for all to share. The food was loved by all. Great job.“
