Now, I lived in the South for quite some time so I can tell you that this is one of the best pimento cheeseburgers I've had outside of the South. The cheese is the right consistency. It's not that thick and pasty cheese. The burger's got a really good beef flavor and they are juicy while having that crisp on the outside. (If you like burgers like Steak and Shake or Freddy's Burgers and Custard then you'll know what I'm talking about. For those of you that don't: the burgers are smashed and there's 2 patties, but still juicy). The bacon is crispy but on the edges it's a little chewy. But it's good. Then, there's the dang tot. Y'all better get you some of this. And let me tell you about this TAPWORKS CHEESESTEAK. It's so good I wanted another! the beef is tender, good flavor, and that beer cheese is so smooth and juicy in the sandwich. It'll make you want to smack yo' mama!“

“One word for this…. Hidden gem!This place has been on the forefront of locust street for a few years and I haven’t tried it! Atmosphere is great, food seemed good, and the bartenders are awesome. The inside provides a rustic and vintage feel while in the historic town of columbia.Flights are about 9 dollars for 4, 5 oz glasses. And cocktails are roughly 7 dollars depending on what you get!Extremely affordable pricing and a great spot to grab a drink and some vibes :)“

“My wife and I found this little gem of a brewpub after being told by a friend of their existence. We have grown to love Scrubby's. Beer is extremely good. Staff and customers have always been friendly making Scrubby's a regular stop for us.“

“first time tonight and I will be honest highly disappointed they were out of fries crab soup mac and cheese...40 percent of their menu..they need to plan better and be ready for us that are waiting to check them out. “The first Brewery I was ever at way back in the day. Still one of my favorites to grab a beer or two. If I'm not mistaken one of the first in York, PA if not the first. Pregamed here with my brother before my bachelor party, turns out my relationship with this place was stronger than my marriage. Anyway, great place to stop for a few before catching a York Revolution game across the street. They don't have a kitchen but they do team up with food trucks at times in the parking lot. Great selection of merch available. The owners are some of the nicest guys around. Some of the tastiest beers around.“

“We love Stony Run Brew House! Our “go to” place for great food, atmosphere and prices. Recently saw they have a small banquet space and booked it for a surprise birthday party with over 30 guests. They knocked it out of the park! They could not be more accommodating and so many people who live in the area commented they can’t believe they’ve never been there and they would be back for sure! I can’t thank Tim and his staff enough for the most amazing job!“

“We visited MexItaly during a bus tour fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and had the best time! The quick service, unique space, and friendly staff made for an incredible experience. It can be hard to manage that many people at once but their team did a fantastic job and we were so appreciative of them accommodating our group. “I went here for the first time last night. We had Heather as our server, she is also the bartender & she was wonderful. Very helpful & pleasant to be around. We ordered a filet minion with roasted broccoli and smoked glazed carrots & shrimp scampi, not only was the food delicious, it came out very quickly. I recommend both of those dishes along with their orange crush, margarita, mango margarita, & the cheesecake for dessert was good too! Definitely a great add to our community. “This establishment truly is a GIFT! Right in the heart of Downtown York, PA, you'll find mouthwatering food, excellent beer and spirits, entertainment, unique events, and friendly, hard-working staff. There's always fun to be had at Gift Horse. If you haven't been there, get there!“

“The ambience was well played, pizza was good but, could've used less flour on the bottom. We had to sit off of the bar, the bar tender was on point and personable, deserves a raise. We had the grain salad with falafel and the falafel was not dry, the farro was cooked nicely, it could've used more feta. All in all we will return“

“We stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon. The parking lot was crowded but the tasting room wasn’t as congested as I expected. There was a private event happening downstairs so that explained the lot. We sat at the bar and shared an enjoyable flight of beer. We didn’t eat anything but they do have a good menu. The location is cool - adjacent to a rail trail I think because I saw a couple on bikes riding along the tree line. I saw a sign for goat yoga that was happening later that evening. Their outdoor area is spacious. Out bartender was friendly and helpful. We would return if in the area again.“

“I have been coming here regularly since they opened, so have probably been here 25+ times. Their brews are good as well as their panini sandwiches, sliders and small bites such as cheeses. The Gouda cheese tray is pictured. I guess I ate my sliders too quickly to take any this time. They use all locally sourced ingredients, which is a plus. They used to have music here a lot, but it seems in recent years the owners may be focusing more on their expanded locations to Lancaster and ironspire. They have added to the rear area of their brewery recently as well as added additional outdoor seating for warmer weather. When it’s nice, I like sitting outside here, although that may invite some Columbia characters to stop for unwanted chats, so be aware of that.“
