“The service was excellent , there was plenty of parking available, and the ice cream was delicious! I got the chocolate caramel hand dipped ice cream and my boyfriend got the vanilla softserve. The portions are great! There are picnic tables outdoors for seating, I will definitely be returning.“
“I love a good retro 50s themed ice cream shop and Hanna's is the best! The decor and vintage pieces of decoration is awesome. I was having a ball just checking everything out. You can't go wrong selling ice cream, but it more than the ice cream, the birch beer floats, banana splits, and malt milk shakes... it the whole atmosphere that takes you back in time! The also sell nostalgic candies and gum! It a very cool place to hang out (pun intended) whether you sit at the counter or in the colourful booths. I highly recommend Hanna's!!“
“I love this coffee shop. The iced Oregon chai is one of my favorites. They also have a bunch of local art work and ceramics you can purchase there. Great place to get unique gifts or try something from a local small business, like the handmade soap they sell.“
“Stopped in for some lunch. Great brisket sandwich, served with chips and a side of smoked mac and cheese. Paired well with the bourbon BBQ sauce they had. Also ordered some birthday cake and dark chocolate cherry ice cream. Service was fast and friendly, and inside is bright and clean. This hidden gem is worth the drive.“
“I have lived here all my life and today was my first Rita's! The weird thing is I love shaved ice, so today had the Root Beer with the Gelato. Parking was easy, pricing was good, cheaper than movie theater. Made a nice midday treat. I really want the lemonade next. See you soon Rita.“
“I grew up coming here to get ice cream with my grandmother when we’d visit her in Harrisburg. I’m glad to see it’s still open and not much about the menu and building has changed after over 20 years later. 3B’s & the country oven were our spots ❤️ RIP Dearie ❤️“
“I love going here when I have time and want ice cream...but sometimes I feel like the staff really don't pay attention...I order and caramel pretzel and graham crack crunch...together in a large cup....I got just the caramel pretzel...by the time I realized I didn't have the graham crack crunch I was half was to the cup and the place was closed....like I know I happens. But if u have to repeat what the customer ordered..that would help...“
“My son and I were on a milkshake mission for two days. Found this place and was absolutely impressed with the quality of the shake. It better be a really good shake for $8.50.Vegetarian options: Vegan oprionsDietary restrictions: VeganParking: Free“
“A very clean and very cozy place, delicious food, but friends, wonderful customer service. Large fast food and artisanal chains should have a little bit of this way of serving their customers because let's remember that this food business is a mutual benefit from customer to owner and owner to customer. Thank you very much and let's support our entrepreneurial community. AT: Satisfied customer“
“love urban churn and the unique ice cream flavors! it’s a little pricey but i’m happy to pay the price for the great quality and for a small business. the harrisburg location is notoriously bad at keeping their hours up to date, though. i’ve been disappointed a few times walking for ice cream after dinner to find out it’s closed with no updates on google or social.“
“Very good price and huge portions. There is a good list of flavors, some are seasonal. In terms of quality, it's not too bad. Would I go back? Sure, when I'm in the area. Would I crave it? Naah.It would be nicer if there is a bathroom available and not just a porta potty, especially since it tends to get messy especially on a hot day when the ice cream melts quicker. Families with kids would especially appreciate that.“
