“Love this place. Apart from great coffee and pastries, they even have a GIANT mug with samples of pain relievers (see picture). Asked the lady serving us why they have them on offer and she said “they go well with caffeine”. Note: it was shortly after NYE. I simply thought it was extremely thoughtful.“

“This Olive Garden was just what you expect when visiting this chain restaurant, good service, good food and a good time. We ordered the Meatball and Spaghetti and also the soup and salad meal and they were both perfectly made. I enjoy the never ending soup, salad, breadsticks and drink refills Olive Garden offers. “My wife and I went to Sovana on reccomend from the folks at Phillips Mushroom Farm. We are very glad we took did! From the semi-twin ladies opening the doors for us, to the fun atmosphere, to the great food. They compt' my wife's dessert 'cause it was her birthday and made a GREAT Bloody Mary! But even better than all of that was our server, Racquel T. She was fantastic! She was very friendly, made us feel right at home, was chatty but didn't waste time, she knew the menu very well, even though she said she was relatively new. “There is nothing on the menu you can order and not like. Seriously. Everything is freshly made with locally sourced ingredients, recipes are well thought out and meticulously made with the absolue best combinations. All baked goods are baked daily on site and are the closest you will get to what heaven is. Service is superb. Servers are friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you're having an excellent experience. It may be small inside and have a small parking lot but that's the appeal. “I had a last minute order for a very special 2 yr. old birthday girl. I explained to Sophia that I would be running close to closing time but I would be there. She assured me, it was fine and took my order so it was all ready for me when I got there 5 minutes past 4pm. The birthday girl is gluten free and enjoyed her special treat! We also tried peanut butter black out, cookie dough, cookie butter and strawberry pretzel. They were all amazing! Can't go wrong with Dia Doce cupcakes, the best!“

Definitely try the maple vinaigrette if you have a salad.Parking: There is a small lot behind the building, a small lot in front of the building, and a small lot across the street. Otherwise, parking is pretty difficult to find. Catching an Uber to get here is a good idea if you're close enough to make it economical.“

“Roots is the best! Even when you have to wait for a table it’s WORTH IT! Sometimes they are super busy and it’s a small place so I give them grace! Servers are attentive and friendly and as mentioned by a reviewer below, “servers (are) walking by regularly”, so you know you can get help whenever you need it. My favorite is the Shio Charsiu ramen since the broth is similar to chicken noodle soup. Definitely my preferred ramen restaurant compared to others in West Chester.“

Maureen seems to be an amazing role model to her staff, she is the manager, but you definitely find her with “hands on”, it’s incredibly obvious how much respect they have for her. “This location quite good. Great sandwiches with only the finest fresh ingredients. Great to go ready made meals, coffee and a whole lot more. Clean store, with many Italian specialty items. They have been my go too for wine and cheese pairings every Easter for the last few years. The wine and cheese monger Nadine is a local Malvern girl who again set up the perfect pairings for my elderly Aunts annual feast at Immaculata. Only down side has been when it's busy it can be a bit slow during the holiday season and at times some of the support staff doesn't know wine or cheese. Aside from that I highly recommend it. I wish we had a store like this near where I live in MA. This year I will order items on line for my own gift giving.“

“What a wonderful restaurant. We got reservations for a special occasion. The service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. Each course in the tasting menu was wonderful. The pasta dish was one of the best I've ever had. I actually prefer this over Vedge as it's sometimes difficult to read the menu and foresee how it'll arrive. Tasting menu is a good value, no complaints at all there. Vibe was lively but not too loud. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. FYI you can BYOB your own wine for a $25 corkage fee. We had our favorite French wine. It was a good deal for us.“

“I can not give enough stars to rate our experince today. 1st of all t Joseph the owner allowed our group of 11 to come in 1 hour before opening hours. We placed our appetizers and meals the night before. ( Interesting idea) Then today when we had arrived they had us set up on the 2nd floor. Very private. Jenn and the other servers did an AMAZING job of catering to our needs as they gave us PHENOMENAL service. The appetizers went over just as expected . There was nothing left of them as the entrees were ready to be delivered to the tables. The food was AWESOME. Perfectly seasoned and the meats were very tender and delicious. Deserts were scrumptious to say the least. They have their own bakery !!!! I will tell you now if you dont give this place a chance to amaze you , well you wont be able to blame me. “I’ve been to Rolling Star many times since they first opened. They have different options for Bagels that are delicious as well as amazing cream cheeses. The bagels are so fresh and you feel like you’re in NYV. I’ve had their sandwiches in the past which have always been great. Everyone is always very nice when I go and the place is very clean.“

“This place was great. The cookie dough flavors are unique enough to keep coming in, but they definitely still have classics. They also let you try the flavors. The texture is like mousse. You can get ice cream and cookies too. The cookie dough is also good for 2 weeks in the fridge, so get a bigger size!!“

Froman Burrito with fresh avocado and extra cheese, its the best breakfast I have had in town.I see a lot of complaints about pricing and wait times, and Jaco has a tiny kitchen/restaurant so I feel confident they are just doing the best they can in regards to wait time.Pricing? Its definitely not cheap but we live in an expensive area and everything is really fresh and good and they don’t skimp on portions, if price point is your concern nowhere in West Chester is cheap anymore.“

“It's been a LONG time since I've gone to a more "fancy" restaurant and had no complaints, but this one delivered! I ordered the Grilled Grouper with prosciutto which was draped atop a hefty serving of rich asparagus risotto and a dainty amount of sweet orange sauce. I absolutely destroyed the entire meal (although I only had one spoonful of the decadent rice, since I'm currently keto) it was so amazing. My date got the Seared Ahi Tuna, which came with zucchini noodles (I probably should have got this low carb, high protein meal in retrospect ^^; ) and a sweet, yet more complex General Tso-type sauce/glaze. We were both completely fulfilled by the end of the meal, not just by the food but the relaxed, repurposed brick house atmosphere and attentive, friendly (and ridiculously beautiful??) waitress. They even had a full gluten-free menu, so I am definitely going to return!“

The ambience is great!
