“After coming back from a long trip me and my boyfriend decided to stop here for food and seek refuge from a big storm. We didn’t realize that they were about to close but we still received excellent service from all the staff. On top of that the food was amazing and we didn’t have anything we didn’t like! The meatloaf was excellent and was very comforting. This place is a must try! We will be back to visit again. Worth the trip!“
“We had left a horrible experience at Valley Dairy to come here for ruebens. Our server was amazing...she was super friendly, got our order right & came back to check on us multiple times...and as the ruebens was recommended...it was very very good.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but doorways are awkward.“
“Timely service and the waitress always knows my order before I even say it when I phone an order in! We usually get the cheesesteaks without the hot peppers, fries, we’ve had the homemade chips and they are good, we have also had their pizza with pepperoni , mushrooms and sweet peppers, but their cheesesteaks are so good that it’s hard to order anything else! Hands down the best cheesesteaks my wife and I ever had! Be careful if you order a cheesesteak , you’ll be comparing every other cheesesteak to these, and Fat Boys always wins!“
“Tye food was good but the hamburger patty that I got was thinner than a piece of paper. For the price I paid for 2 meals I expected it to be a lil bit meatier!It tasted delicious!!!! I get it things are more expensive and prices go up. But when your 15 year old son offered up part of his huge burger so I wasn't eating just bread I think you may need to rethink things.“
“Food was amazing service was fantastic. Definitely would revisit if in the area. Got a burger that was cooked to perfection and a good size. Had the nachos as an appetizer and have to say the serving was huge easily could have been a meal. Server was great and attentive and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.“

“Uzi makes the best cake I have ever had in my life. His chocolate fudge cake... absolutely incredible. My boyfriend and I will drive 1.5 hrs just to pick up some of his cake. He has wonderful customer service and I truly recommend stopping in to see him. I used to be in love with wegmans cakes but ever since Uzi's cake I will never go back. He will be making every cake I ever need!!!“

“I haven't been to one of these in almost 10 years. But we were on a road trip... 13 people plus 2 kids, all from Europe except for a few of us Americans, and we needed a place to stop where everyone would be happy. That's a big ask! I chose to stop here. And it was the best choice! Everyone loved their food and kids were happy. Service was amazing, hostess sat us fast (I apologized for the large group with no call ahead and she said no big deal), waitress was great and very patient with us needing to translate some things. Bathrooms were clean. Wonderful experience! Will definitely make this a stop on future road trips. ???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kid-friendliness: Kids have great options and get a cookie with their meal ... all for a great price!“

“We stopped in the Falls Creek Inn leaving a football game at State College. We were early but they asked if we had a reservation as they were going to really busy that night. We sat in the bar area. The food was really good and so was the service. The ribeye was great.“

So loud and incessantly ringing that I'm left with a headache. After asking its apparently a regular occurrence. “The bartender was a absolute delight and had a great sense of humor. You can immediately tell this is a bar that the locals frequent often. The prices are reasonable for the area and the beer was cold. It can get a little bit smokey if the crowd is on the larger size. All and all this is a good place to unwind.“
“in the dubois country club adjacent to their great hotel - standard large 2 double bed rooms with separate seating areas and complimentary breakfast buffet all for a very reasonable price. the tannery bar and grill looks a little bit like a banquet room but dont let that stop you. the food here is great! there is a bar with some limitations on wines and spirits but if you are flexible youll find something refreshing. but lets talk food. i had their jumbo blt on marble rye with a side of sweet potato fries - best blt i have had in 50 years!! absolutely delicious with the ingredients overflowing. sweet potato fries perfectly cooked. my companions had a chicken sandwich with regular fries and the other a crisp, fresh jumbo salad topped with salmon. amazingly good! leisurely dining with a good vibe after pulling over from a 5 hour highway drive. then perfect nights sleep for the next days 8 hour drive. after your meal you can walk around the extended grounds or take in a round of golf. highly recommend all aspects of this hotel/country club dining experience. youll love it!“
“The food here is pretty reliable. Our waitress, Morgan, was on point and service was very quick (NOT always the case at Duffers.)My major gripe is that their prices seem to be a little over the top. For two adults and a child, our bill was around $85. We did have two drinks each, but for a neighborhood "pub grub" kind of place, it seems a bit steep.I guess you're paying for the convenience factor of not having to leave Treasure Lake. If the service (wait time for food, specifically) was more consistent, I wouldn't mind the price so much. We have waited over an hour for food on several occasions. I think this has recently improved, though.“
“The hot sausage hot pepper soup is excellent. Also I recommend the fried dough. The entrees are good, but I would not say super great. The pasta is very very well cooked, excellent mouth feel. The flavors are what I'm not in love with, they are good, but could be better.The service is great, the owner or manager almost always goes through the tables saying hi and asking how's everything, I usually hate that but this feels very sincere and friendly. The servers are always smiling and very kind.The ambience is also very nice, the walls are covered with what I suppose is family photos.“
