“First time visitor. I’m giving this 5 stars because of the overall experience; not the pizza. It was easy in and out parking, everything inside was spotless, to include the bathrooms and the waitstaff is friendly. I’m not a fan of square pizza, and they didn’t have pineapple, but the pizza was good. They put on a lot of mozzarella and the crust was soft and chewy but they skimped on the mushrooms and yellow peppers.”

“I no longer see the desserts. Would like to see them come back. The prices went ridiculously high for tacos....I enjoyed them this time, but not always up to par.The staff, drive through... ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT.”

“Visited the brewery for the first time on Saturday. We were amazed by the quality of the beer and the food. I can not say enough about the hospitality of the owner and the staff. We will definitely be back the next time that we are in the area.”

“Wonderful Thai gem in Altoona. Very flavourful Massaman Curry and enough to provide dinner and lunch the next day with the rice! We ordered take out and the food was ready when promised. My wife has Gluten, Dairy and Sesame allergies and normally cannot eat from restaurants in Altoona. She enjoyed her Pad Thai very much and had no reactions. Authentic non-alcoholic drinks from Thailand were enjoyed as well.”

“Probably my favorite coffee shop in the Cove! Beautiful inside, laid-back atmosphere with plenty of comfy seating options. Coffee is always rich and delicious. I love to stop in for a quick drink when I'm home!”

“My new favorite Cafe!! The doughnuts are so fresh and delicious but I’ve never been as excited for a coffee in my life as I was to see the mint chocolate chip frappe. And it was even more delicious than I’d hoped. Can’t wait to come back!”

“An elegant dining experience while keeping with the essence of the historic Capital Hotel. Staff was very friendly and cordial. Our waitress went out of her way to guide me through some gluten free options. I took the sriracha burger special and it was excellent. My wife and cousin had a scallop entree that was delicious. If you’re looking to upscale your dining experience here’s the place to go.”

The main purpose for my review is to share how much I love how they prepare their buffalo chicken sub...they shred the chicken so it soaks up all the hot sauce goodness. I also love their cheesesteaks and salads as well, and the waffle fries (YUM!). Don't forget about the baked desserts, always something to enjoy.”

Their food is freshly made (and the bread is incredible, especially the English muffin bread), and the people working there couldn't possibly be nicer. I also have no idea where they get their decaf roast, but it's so, so good. And I hate decaf! This is our favorite hometown eatery, and we come as often as we can.Parking: Parking can be hard to find in the main road, so definitely check out the side-streets! Bring quarters for the meter!Kid-friendliness: Love bringing our daughter here on school breaks and weekends, she likes this place as much as we do and she's 10.”
