One critique is the sauce for the soy garlic needs a little tweaking for me. Not much garlic flavoring to it. The sweetness is there but it’s missing the other component. Overall the establishment is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend this place and we will be back!”

“Lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a nice bar with an impressive wine selection with an interesting menu. We enjoyed their Easter prefixed meal which consisted of lamb, vegetables, potatoes, salad, green beans , and banana pudding dessert and everything was served family style. Food was prepared fresh with quality ingredients, and everything was delicious . Parking can be difficult as Easton is a lot of meter parking. Reservations are recommended.”

They give you large portions and somehow cook everything up rather quickly, yet it’s so fresh and flavorful. The salsa might have been the best I’ve ever had too! I love how unique the menu is from anything else we have in the Lehigh Valley. The service was also super friendly and accommodating. And I loved the colorful decor! My only objection (a small one) was that they do not take reservations but do have a call ahead waiting list - if you arrive within 30 minutes of calling. Also, their (bar) drinks are limited. Attempted to order an "old fashion" with rye, but they only had bourbon. All in all, it was a delicious meal with great service. The first time we came to Las Delicias we knew we were hooked.The menu has traditional Colombian fare, including street food, dessert, and coffees. They bake wonderful bread and pastries in-house too!The service is extremely hospitable, friendly and welcoming to all types of people.The food quality feels home cooked with love and great portions. This is likely the best Colombian restaurant in the ABE area.The soups are to die for, and according to my friends all the flavors of this restaurant are very authentic.We have returned nearly twice a week for a few months and will keep coming back.The interior is clean but a little small, only a few tables are available. During the lunch hour it might be difficult to get a table as it tends to get very busy even on weekdays.We have never had a problem getting a table, but usually we are taking the last table available.Definitely a must try, you won't regret it.”

As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But otherwise, very good.”

Run don't walk to this fantastic restaurant. As an aside, we were supposed to sit at a high boy but my Mom would not have been able to handle it. They solved that in a nano second. We got chili paneer, gobi Manchurian, butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, butter naan, and we also got a mango lassi and a sweet lassi. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and food and will be coming back. The worker was amazing and explained the spice levelTo find the best option for us. We got medium level spice and it was not very spicy but a comfortable level. At other Indian places nearby, medium spice is extremely hot for us so we were a little unsure. I would not recommend mild because medium spice tasted mild to us. The gobi Manchurian and chili paneer were AMAZING!! 10/10! The naan was also VERY good. The lassis were yummy but our sweet lassi would’ve been better if it was a little more cold. The entrees of butter chicken and paneer tikka masala were good, but we personally found it to be a little bland and the portions were not that big. We have never had butter chicken so we decided to try it, but We would try something else next time. We will be coming back for the gobi and because the restaurant is close to where we live.
