Can’t raise this rating until they provide a bathroom for their customers. Billion dollar company should be forcing their locations to provide a facility for paying customers. Thumbs down for now
i went into this establishment with my little sister & ordered a simple large strawberry refresher with oat milk. the very high-stress woman behind the register literally looked me in my face and told me that she wasn’t trained to put oat milk in a refresher .. then proceeded to call, what I assume, is her super. she expected me to stand there and trust her to make my drink after the most strange counter of my entire life.i have traveled all over america and have never EVER...read full review

The short Hispanic middle aged shift leader.... she's always there and is so weird! She seriously has a personality disorder or ego related complex bc she's always makes sure u know ur unwelcomed and that she'd rather be doing anything else. I really hate it bc she even ruins my coffees or overcharges even when I try to dispute how many pump etc. It's miserable
