“Great lunch . French onion soup was tasty but cooked to death. Onions were nothing but mush. Croutons did not make it a better. Cheese was melted perfectly. Then the wedge salad with lettuce that was crisp blue cheese that was not overwhelming, cut Grape tomatoes too green and bacon that was just right. Iced tea and service was exceptional. I would return many times if I lived nearby.“
“My man & I were visiting over the weekend & had dinner here Sat evening. Robert was our waiter & he was great! He was attentive & had a great personality. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. He ordered a bacon burger & I ordered the Chicken Caesar BLT. We enjoyed the food & atmosphere so much we returned on Sunday for lunch prior to heading back home. We sat at the bar & Jevelin was the bartender. She was friendly & welcoming. My man ordered the jalapeño poppers & I ordered the crab-cake sliders for appetizers. He ordered the cheese steak & I ordered the Cali chicken sandwich for our meal.Quality food cooked well! We will definitely eat here again whenever we are in the area again!“
“Emily was our waitress and she was AMAZING. Super attentive , great with the kids and just a phenomenal server. Highly recommend to come here and if you get the chance to have her as your waitress you are in the best hands!Vegetarian options: SaladParking: Plenty of parking“
“It was my first time there, the vibes were nice , you could smoke inside if you like. There was a nice crowd of people and karaoke going on , drinks price are decent price and the bartender, we're fast in making drinks. I would visit again.“
“Consistently enjoyable meals. Cozy indoor options in the winter and an inviting outdoor space in the warmer months. Service is friendly and attentive. Worth a visit.Parking: Plenty of sports in their lot. Parking area is unpaved so it can be a little scattered, but adds to the charm of the old building.“
“My family and I stopped here for lunch on St. Patrick's Day and absolutely loved it! The food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. It feels like a warm and cozy pub. It's one of those places that we've driven past dozens of times but never stopped. I'm so glad that we finally did! It's an instant favorite, and we'll definitely be back often.“
“This was my first time coming here and I’ happy that I found this gem of a neighborhood bar and grille. I was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. I had a cheesesteak, beef empanadas and order of pierogies sautéed with onions. All the food was excellent and priced well. The empanada and pierogies were definitively home made and not frozen. Great experience!“
“9/2023 as we were driving down Liberty Street (driving to another restaurant) we decided to stop in. Nice music blend from the 90s . Food was good. Sat outside which was nice except when fools with the lawn mower sound kit on their cars drove by. I had chicken quesadillas and they were delicious. Also the dirty martini was very good.“
“We have stopped here a few times. It's really worth the trip! Tonight we had the vegetable soup, burger special, chicken wontons and loaded tots. Soup was very good and the rest came out pretty quick for how busy they were. Service was great, we didn't wait at all for drinks. Love that you can play the Boombah's!! Definitely a stop if you are in the area.“
“The Cooperhead is great! If you live in the LV then you have more than likely been to one of their two locations. It is like Applebees or Fridays, but way better. My wife and I have been here a dozen times and we are never disappointed! My personal favorite is the mozzarella sticks as they are house-made and huge! I also love their tap list as they have many beer varieties and you can always find something good (sometimes local). Their burgers are good, sandwiches are good, salads are good, etc. They have healthy options as well if you are looking for something light. Portion sizes are good as well and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!“
“Went there for dinner and it was a bit of a wait to be seated and to get our food. But I have to say for me it was definitely worth it. I got this Chimmi Baconfest Burger and it was fantastic. It was delicious and I definitely would order it again! The service was fantastic and I had a wonderful time!“
“What a nice place! I’ve been coming here occasionally since about 2008. I’ll recommend it to anyone. It feels more upscale than your typical diner, and I’ve always had great experiences with the food. I’m much more familiar with the breakfast menu, but the one time I had dinner here, I enjoyed it. Give it a try! And if you do, ask for a table in the back room; it’s quite nice. ☺️“
“Folks will say this is a dive bar and I will tell you those people have never had a drink before eleven a.m. Joe's is a welcoming place no matter who you are or how thick your wallet is and it's probably the best place on the north side of Bethlehem that tourists haven't ruined yet. Best cheesesteak in Bethlehem and my wife swears by the Caesar salad. Also, don't sleep on the soups. They are gourmet and put the soups at higher priced and more pretentious places to shame. The staff is friendly and attentive and kids are welcome. Only things to know is its cash only (low fee ATM inside) and bring quarters for the novelty vending machine in the men's room.“
“The only reason I tried this place was because it was part of the motel we stayed at. That being said it was the better part of the stay. Food was super tasty bar style and there's enough of a choice to cover your hunger. Service is quick and friendly, the order was out in no time. Prices were actually pretty nice that should leave a couple dollars in your pocket.“
“We were there for my son's hockey tournament. The bar sits right outside one of the ice rinks and you can look inside and watch them play. Service was good. Beer prices were good and a bartender who knows how to pour an aggressive. I would never stop in there if I wasn't in Bethlehem for a hockey tournament. But it did not “
“Really had a nice time. Food was excellent, pipen hot and tasty. Quantity was good as well. Service was great, our server was very polite and quick. Would recommend a sign showing where dining room is located, little confused on that but other then that was a great experience. I had a cheesesteak that was quite large, my husband had one along with wings.“
“This was a great place to stop in for food before a show at artsquest, great appetizers! The mix drink list is amazing and fun, absolutely Delicious! Service was fast and friendly, too. The atmosphere was decorated for the holiday with lights everywhere and gave a very cheerful feeling for everyone! Very unique experience! Benn a few times and enjoy it every time, can't wait to go back!!“
“Came here the other night with a customer now friend that I made at work. The server there was extremely knowledgeable about the drinks she was serving us. There's a two shot limit at this establishment ? however she made me something called a Tequila Sunrise....BEST drink I had in a long time and I will definitely be a returning guest.“
“Big fan of this place. We stop here often when we go to the farmers market. Great empanadas, enchiladas, and tamales. The owner, Tom, is a super nice guy. My son has never been able to tolerate spicy food but Tom sat down with him and coached him through trying it on his empanadas. Now my son is hooked and I'm glad we picked up some salsa roja for the road. Very friendly, family run place with great food.“
“This place is awesome, historic, huge, rustic, cheap beer, Old School Concession Stand Style Hotdog Maker, pool, and more, but... they allow smoking inside. So sadly, I will not be going back.Vegetarian options: Beer contains no meatKid-friendliness: Bring your kids, if they are over 21 and smoke“
“A "go to" place if you like reuben sandwiches. Appetizers are also tasty. Daily specials bring an assortment of dishes that can tempt you to stray from your regular favorites. Can be a place you eat at daily & never run out of menu items that keep your hunger satisfied.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly as it's a pub that is not smoke free. Leave the little ones w a babysitter at home & bring home some take out for them. Enjoy the adult time available for you when dining in. Even the most loving parents can use a break from time to time.“
“Sat on dining room side. Quaint area with plenty of tables. Order a light lunch. Had the seafood chowder with shrimp. Was delicious. Cheese steak and fries were plentiful. Had the prime steak egg rolls, a little greasy but they had a good flavor. Definitely will be back. Server was very friendly.“
“I love this PJ’s because it’s one of the originals where it doesn’t have the corporate atmosphere. It is a hub in the community and you always run into friends! They have a friendly staff and always a great time after a ball game.Parking: Easy parking.Kid-friendliness: Dining section is great for families!“
“I had a glass of wine and pineapple habanero wings. These were so hot I was on fire! But very good.Only bad thing, my glass had lipstick on it. Gross. They gave me a clean glass and fresh wine and didn't charge for either glass.I would go back, prices are following inflation.“
“I have not been there in long time I like the new look of the place staff was very nice and helpful fast serviceParking: Get there early for parking it fill up fast when they have a something going onKid-friendliness: They have birthday party game room bowling ? pool table“
“Stahley's,a staple! Haven't been in a number of years, but the place hasn't changed! Food is good quality and quantity. The service was great! More than just your designated waitress seemed to care about your experience!!It was interesting how much the clientele changed from seniors (couples) to families as the dinner hour wore on. Tells you how much the place appeals to a huge variety of people! ?“
“Typical Friday night, smokey. We had a nice time with dinner and drinks. Music selection was awesome. Only complaint from the 8 of us was the bacon on the BLT was terrible. It was more like eating a pound of chewy beef jerky, not crispy bacon. Burgers and sandwiches were spot on delicious!“
“I like going to nice sit down restaurants and enjoying a fancy crafted cocktail and overpriced appetizers.... but every once and a while it's great to go to a cheap locals bar with basic mix drinks like a jack and coke and some mozzarella sticks! The social bartender and tacky decor really topped it off“
“We had a breakfast Birthday for my 81 year old dad. We all had a very good breakfast. There was 11 of us, and our waitress was excellent!! Thank youKid-friendliness: My 3 year old granddaughter had to give our waitress the money, she was very nice to her?“
