I went through drive thru and ordered Hotcakes and a Large coke. I waited at the second window for 5 minutes before someone spoke to me and told me to pull forward to window 3. I sat at window 3 for 15 minutes!!! I was watching all the cars behind me go around after getting their food. So I pulled into a parking spot and went inside. I understand the line was continuous but when handing out orders and closing the window…. They should make sure the order is correct…. Yes I bought the dinner box that included two Big Mac sandwiches but I also ordered a 3rd, I didn’t receive. I did a mobile order so I know it was on the list. 😠
