“I can't speak for inside as I did drive-thru but I can say this location was great. For one, they had very convenient hours. I've only ever seen Arbys open until 10pm so this was awesome as i love their 6 piece nugget kids meal. it's the perfect size meal for me and nowhere else has anything as amazing as the bronco berry sauce; i don't know what i'll do if it's ever discontinued, lol.anyway- i was immediately greeted on the speaker which was very pleasant. when i ordered the staff wanted to let me know that there would be a wait of 5-6 minutes for fresh food when it came to my order and if i was ok with that. i thought it was very nice he asked and i also appreciated having fresh food. at the window the gentleman continued to be awesome and when he presented my food cautioned me on the temperature and to be careful which i thought was really nice. he had amazing manners which is just something that always sticks out to me being in the service/retail industry as well.thank you again! i will definitely remember this location should i be in the area in the future/travelling.“

“Made my burger how I ordered only complaint was I ordered bacon and they only used one piece and broke it in half with the double patties etc you couldn't taste it. They need to put a few pieces of bacon on it. Personally, I wish patties were cooked a little more like a true smash patty but still good.“

Everyone that works there is always really nice the waiting time is totally acceptable they make everything to order the french fries are amazing those giant 50 lb sacks of potatoes laying around they are making those into your fresh cut fries so so wonderful. Top that off with Heinz ketchup and I'm in heaven. And I love that you can sit down and eat your own peel the shell salted peanuts!! “Very good. You usually can't skew up a sub that has fresh sliced meats and decent bread. The "Mikes way" style includes salt, pepper, oil and venegar on top of the regular stuff that comes with the sub. Much better than Subway or Jimmy johns, but not as good as some local deli subs I have had.“

“We come to this Pizza Hut from Buffalo a few times a year and it's great everytime. The staff is great even though they're usually busy and have never had a problem with our order (usually just pan pizzas and bread sticks) and everything is clean.“

The line area can feel a little cramped - especially when there are a lot of people in line - the flow isn't as good as it could be.
