“I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm so grateful that chicken & biscuits is only available on Wednesdays because if it wasn't, I'd go broke! Their grilled Hawaiian with sweet potatoe fries is also to die for! I can honestly say I have never had anything bad from here, or the other location! I eat here at least 3 times a month (usually on a Wednesday! ??️?)“
“They were very busy when we arrived, but we're seated pretty quickly. The service was excellent!!!!! Mac and cheese was so good. Homemade. My boyfriend said the Stuffed baked potato was delicious. Fries and tenders for the kids, they enjoyed them. The ranch dressing tasted like it was homemade. Good selection of beers. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop.“
“Food - outstanding prime rib sub. Fries were great. Local ownera make you feel welcome!Family friendly. Pool tables. Upstairs is a private area to rent out for any occasion and it's really nice! (Don't let the outside deter you from stopping in! ) full bar, friendly patrons!“
“We've had a great experience, both times my coworkers and I have met for dinner. We love their .75 wings on Thursday nights and their unique flavors are fun - the Shankopotamus sauce is so delicious! We also really love the chicken quesadilla and fried mushroom apps. The personal pizza I had last time was perfectly chewy, crispy, and cheesy.Prices are very reasonable and the service is fast and friendly. We also LOVE the view from the back seating area. It overlooks the golf course and is just very relaxing. I can't wait to go back again!“
“Wanted to get out of the house for awhile and we remembered Chico's. It's a nice bar and restaurant. Food has always been good and portion sizes are good also. The wife has an awesome chicken quesadilla. She ordered just a half one and still has to take some home. Great tasting onion rings too.Parking: A lot of parking in the front, side and back of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a long ramp from the parking lot to the doors.“
“Every time we go up to Erie, we also get Avanti's atleast once, sometimes even more. The place usually has a crowd because it is such a great place. The staff are very friendly and just overall plays a huge role in the dynamic of a cute family owned diner. My bf loves the meatball omelet and I also try a new item every time I go and have never been disappointed!“
“Fun little diner where you can watch the trains go by right outside your window. We have been here for breakfast many times, but stopped for lunch today. I had a delicious burger and my wife enjoyed their turkey club. This is good home made food with friendly servers. Always a solid local crowd here, so you know its good! Try their pie...in fact, eat it first so you don't have an excuse not to get it . ?“
“This restaurant is awesome!!! The food was fantastic. There is a very large menu with many choices, many courses and beverages. All authentic foods. Our waiter was kind, helpful and pleasant. We met the chef she is delightful. You need to come here and eat!“
“BROUGHT MY MOTHER HOME FROM HODPUTAL SUFFERED A STROKE, SHE LOVES TO STOP THERE WHEN SHE CAN, SO I TREATED HER FOR DOING SO WELL WITH THERAPY FOR STROKE VICTIMS. WAITRESSES ARE VERY FRIENDLY WITH SEATING HOSTESS JUST AS NICE. VERY FRIRNDLY ATMOSPHERE.“
“Thank you Oasis Pub staff and owners for accomodating our fund raising event a few weeks ago! You have been more than helpful to provide a fun atmosphere with great food, drinks and people!! Everything ran so smooth and it was a huge turnout!“
“This one hundred and ten year old dinor was extremely busy on this Sunday morning. It's a small dinor that's popular with the locals. Weekdays are less busy. Food is GREAT, servers are fast and good. Food comes a little slow when very busy, but worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu as there are lots of kids that come with their parents. Good little place to make memories ?.Parking: Area is all angle parking on the street. Plenty of parking on both sides of the street.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. The building is old and in place long before ADA. It's got two steps to climb up to enter.“
“Lovely little homemade restaurant. Very family restaurant vibe. Walls littered with cool old stories or interesting things. Love the old Almost cobblestone house feel. Wood floors. Brick walls. Good beer special, dinner was good for price $14-$15 for our eggplant and pasta dinner and same price ($14) my chopped sirloin dinner with mashed potatoes and salad. Overall expected a real steak cut, not a Salisbury style steak,… and the eggplant was decent,… I’m Italian and know quality fried eggplant more than most. But overall still 5 stars because the servers did awesome. Constantly checked on us. Various servers made rounds. Very polite. Also respect the conservative vibe with honoring military and other things.“
“Dive bar with amazing wings. They also have amazing pizza logs that you can get tossed in butter garlic and sprinkled in parm. Omg soooo good. Great staff and never a bad meal. Thick creamy ranch. Mmmm butter garlic Cajun wings. Good cheese burgers too.“
“After a day visiting Presque Isle we were starved so after a Yelp check we settled on Beechwood Inn's Hardwood which shares space with Erie Brewery. The place is very large, clean & accommodating. We were greeted on entering & the young man explained their services & menu. We sat outside on their covered patio. The pumpkin beer was great, the bbq wings were delicious, we all had hamburgers, which we all agreed were awesome, even the fries. Can't go wrong choosing this establishment. And dog friendly too.“
“Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, kitchen pumps out incredible daily specials... what's not to love?! Happy hour Monday thru Friday 16:00-18:00 drink specials. The tip games are fun, and there's always new items being raffled, well worth the annual membership (currently $25, COVID discount, will probably revert back to $40 eventually).“
“Kitchen hit it out of the park tonight for curbside pickup dinner. Caprice salad was just what the Chef ordered! Thick sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and roasted red pepperers with an to die for balsamic glaze. It was so good, it gave me hope for summer being right around the corner! Sloppy joe was on a huge seeded bun and tasted just like mom's and more than I could eat at one sitting. Here's the naughty part, onion rings on the side! They were golden an crispy on the outside and a real onion slice on the inside, not minced onion. Chef Scott is personable and takes pride in his service. You don't have to be a member to call in an order. Who wants to cook after a week of work? Not me!! I highly recommend.“
