“I entered this Dairy Queen location on September 20th, 2021. I entered a bit after they closed but the worker was super nice, kind, intelligent and understanding. He was aware that the online hours were wrong and apologized for it. He politely explained the situation and said it was completely out of his control in a relaxing manner. Since I am aware that he is just working by himself I was completely understanding that he is just a regular worker and does not have he ability to change the hours online. He made a great blizzard and I was super satisfied with my blizzard. 5 star review for sure, made my night.“

“If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!“

“Super yummy options! Gelato seems simple but texture is very important and Gemelli gave us a great experience all around. I highly recommend the cappucino WITH a shot of hot espresso for a contrasting pleasure. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will say do not get the flight option unless you have 2 or 3 people sharing- the price for 4 mini cups is exactly the same as 2 2-flavor smalls and you get smaller portions. I didn't like the caramel as it tasted a bit burnt to me but the milk and honey, cappucino, and biscoff cookie options were lovely. Definitely worth a stop by and people know- they have some seating options through the store if you wait to take a break and they keep coming!“

“After you enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many nearby choices, stroll on over to this delightful walk-up location, right on the wonderfully eclectic Gay Street. The storefront captures the essence of West Chester's European-inspired food and art scene, complete with fresh flowers adoring the brick facade and al fresco seating. Really sets a positive mood. Many flavor options to choose from. The gelato is buttery, soft, and full of life. Not too heavy, but very satisfying. I particularly enjoy the tiramisu, while my wife enjoys the hazelnut chocolate. Reasonably priced and we enjoyed our dessert at a small, nearby table for two. Our servers were friendly and happy to let us try new flavors before we ordered. Even with a small line, they moved quickly and no one had a wait very long for their orders. Highly recommended.“

“Nostalgic !! It’s been 18 years I tasted their signature malai kulfi and cassata when I was a school kid back in my native home town. I placed an order from Malvern Kwality, first bite of casatta - my brain wiring started sparkling with all the nostalgic childhood days . “As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. “I love Scoops for their ice cream and home-made water ice. Whether you're getting a pint to take home or just something to eat on their deck, it's great. I also adore that they take time off around some national holidays (like Memorial Day and Labor Day) for their staff (mostly high school and college kids) to take off and be with family. They announce closures on their social media (FB and IG) so my friends and I know to make other plans (or just to wait an extra day for our fix!) Only suggestions for improvement are from my friends (who want more dark chocolate ice cream) and my sister (who wants no-sugar-added vanilla). I would also love a straight up blue moon. I also need to have more water ice but since the ice cream's before the water ice, I forget!“

“We could not find a Dairy Queen when we moved out here to West Chester. This place was great. I ordered like 5-6 things at once and the guy who took my order remembered all of it. I always feel good with places like this because I know the server is listening and won't mess up your order.“

“I love kiwi yogurt. You go in, choose your size cup, and there's a note, the cost will be based off of the weight of the cup at the end, based off ounces. You get to serve yourself and choose your flavors and toppings. There isn't a limit of either buy only what can fit in your cup. I will usually get 2-4 flavors and a little bit of a bunch of toppings. You can mix and match flavors and toppings to your hearts content. They change up their flavors all the time, so they may have a cookie dough one day and a strawberry cheesecake the next. They will have some core flavors, but I love the variety!“

“Amazing!!!! I loved the 5 way! Picked out vanilla custard and root beer ice to make a "root beer float!" It tasted delicious!! Highly recommended!!!Parking: It was kind of hard to find because the directions just led you to a large building with multiple store fronts, and Rita's was on the back, so we had to loop around to actually find it.Wheelchair accessibility: It was a smaller store, so there may be some space problems for someone in a wheelchair but I do think you could fit if others move around and let you in.“

This Rita's location is, by far, the best Rita's in the area. You can sit outside after enjoying all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Such a friendly, fun spot in Exton! “This place was great. The cookie dough flavors are unique enough to keep coming in, but they definitely still have classics. They also let you try the flavors. The texture is like mousse. You can get ice cream and cookies too. The cookie dough is also good for 2 weeks in the fridge, so get a bigger size!!“

“Love Insomnia cookies and took a friend who was visiting the area to this location. The cookies were good as always, the staff friendly, the location clean, and always inviting. My favorites are the chocolate chip, the chocolate chunk, the mint chocolate, the macadamia nut, and the peanut butter chunk. All are shareable, stay well and do well to reheat in the oven or microwave. You'll pay a premium for the cookies, but they're worth it. Late night service is a plus if you're out late at bars or enjoying other activities. The only critique is that there are some specials I would've taken advantage of, had I been aware. It would've been helpful to know before I placed my order.“
