“I love Scoops for their ice cream and home-made water ice. Whether you're getting a pint to take home or just something to eat on their deck, it's great. I also adore that they take time off around some national holidays (like Memorial Day and Labor Day) for their staff (mostly high school and college kids) to take off and be with family. They announce closures on their social media (FB and IG) so my friends and I know to make other plans (or just to wait an extra day for our fix!) Only suggestions for improvement are from my friends (who want more dark chocolate ice cream) and my sister (who wants no-sugar-added vanilla). I would also love a straight up blue moon. I also need to have more water ice but since the ice cream's before the water ice, I forget!“
“Who doesn’t love Rita’s already?! Am I right?! But somehow they just got a whole lot even sweeter. I went to the Fraser branch like always because I already know the service and customer care is unbeatable. I purchased a large vanilla and chocolate custard swirl in a cup and took it to go. I only started to enjoy it at around 8:40 and I noticed that there was way more chocolate than vanilla and I like vanilla better as it is so I wasn’t enjoying it as much as usual. So at about 8:52 I called the Fraser Rita’s to let them know, even though I’m a very easy going person so I certainly wasn’t looking for or expecting anything from the one mistake from them in the years I have been going. But the manager Frank answered the phone and he said to come even though they would be closed by the time I got there and he would make it right. At that point I said that I wanted a large vanilla swirl, another large chocolate and vanilla swirl and a large mango water ice but I would most definitely pay for all of them. When I got there, there were three girls working that night; Rebecca, Katie and Rebecca and they were amazing. One of them handed me my order and said that it was “on us”. I’m blown away by so many aspects of the way they handled the littlest mistake that was probably the machines doing anyway. I feel really bad because I didn’t even have a dollar in cash on me but this just happened and I go there ALL the time so I’ll just get them back with something substantial very soon!I 100% recommend this branch among all the others just because of the way you will always get treated. I’m still in awe of it all. Go there and you won’t be sorry.“
“My husband and I come here all of the time, we love our ice cream!!! This is our favorite ice cream now, I crave it over anywhere else. Their chocolate peanut butter is so good and we love their banana! The ice cream is cold (if you know you know, some ice cream just melts so fast, this is ice cream is nice and frozen) creamy, and thick! I also love ordering online and just picking up when I get there, super convenient!“
“If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!“

“Super yummy options! Gelato seems simple but texture is very important and Gemelli gave us a great experience all around. I highly recommend the cappucino WITH a shot of hot espresso for a contrasting pleasure. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will say do not get the flight option unless you have 2 or 3 people sharing- the price for 4 mini cups is exactly the same as 2 2-flavor smalls and you get smaller portions. I didn't like the caramel as it tasted a bit burnt to me but the milk and honey, cappucino, and biscoff cookie options were lovely. Definitely worth a stop by and people know- they have some seating options through the store if you wait to take a break and they keep coming!“
“After you enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many nearby choices, stroll on over to this delightful walk-up location, right on the wonderfully eclectic Gay Street. The storefront captures the essence of West Chester's European-inspired food and art scene, complete with fresh flowers adoring the brick facade and al fresco seating. Really sets a positive mood. Many flavor options to choose from. The gelato is buttery, soft, and full of life. Not too heavy, but very satisfying. I particularly enjoy the tiramisu, while my wife enjoys the hazelnut chocolate. Reasonably priced and we enjoyed our dessert at a small, nearby table for two. Our servers were friendly and happy to let us try new flavors before we ordered. Even with a small line, they moved quickly and no one had a wait very long for their orders. Highly recommended.“
“As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. “Get the rib eye! They give you a steak knife. You don’t need a steak knife. I used my butter knife. It was so tender I bet I could have used the side of my fork. Staff is so polite, drinks are so tasty. Appetizers melt in your mouth. And the tiramisu. It’s my favorite and I try every restaurant and pastry shop tiramisu I can find. “The place was absolutely packed on a Friday night. It was surprising to see only 3 ice cream flavors: chocolate, vanilla and a special custom one they made but that's what makes the quality of the ice cream so good. I got a turtle ice cream sundae and it was incredible. The ice cream itself was so creamy and the perfect amount of milky tasting. What stood out was the flavor was a touch more sweet than store bought ice cream, maybe from vanilla extract but not in an overpowering way at all. They also sold various candy, chocolates and candied apples. I took home a turtle apple too, which was also incredible. Green apple was fresh, chocolate covering was decadent and combo of toppings perfect. I have no pictures to share because it was eaten too quickly. Please do yourself a favor and visit!“

The vanilla soft serve was one of the best that I've had in awhile. The flavors aren't overly sweet which in my mind of a huge plus! “We came here for a little sumn sweet after dinner in downtown Media around 7:30pm. I've never had Italian ice or custard, but I was excited to try. There was a wide array of flavors for both ice and custard and different things that could be ordered. I was intrigued by the gelati, which is layers of Italian ice and custard. However, none of the flavors really seemed like they would have gone together. Ultimately, we ended up getting a large coffee custard. It was absolutely delicious! The texture was thick and creamy and really refreshing for the hot day. The taste of coffee was pretty light but still enjoyable. My brother got a strawberry concrete, which was vanilla custard with strawberry topping, nilla wafers, and pie crusts blended in. I thought this was also pretty good! Overall, I'm glad we stopped by and I would definitely try their Italian ice in the future.“

“I stumbled across this place when I was doing an engagement shoot nearby but had to hop on a client call. I ordered a peach green tea refresher which was amazing and so much better than Starbucks. The wifi was great and super fast and it was an overall nice environment to work from. I really liked how late they were open. “They have great selections of ice cream flavors.. Chocolate Ice-cream alone had close to 6-8 flavors. We have tried their specialedition chocolate caramel cookies &cream, and I loved it. The ice cream quality was great which was rich and luxurious in texture , and the surprising elements were pieces of cookies and fudge which added the bit of crunch tothe ice-cream. The waffle cone was classic with sugar flavored and crunchy texture. Iwould definitely try their ice cream with wafflefor sure which elevates the whole experienceof having an ice-cream.I have also tried their sampleof chocolate toasted coconut which was yummy. Chocolate and coconut was an interesting flavor to try out in an ice cream and it was so good. Next time I would definitely get this scoop.Parking: It is in a very busy shopping complex, you can probably find the parking easily over a regular day than a weekend. “I love kiwi yogurt. You go in, choose your size cup, and there's a note, the cost will be based off of the weight of the cup at the end, based off ounces. You get to serve yourself and choose your flavors and toppings. There isn't a limit of either buy only what can fit in your cup. I will usually get 2-4 flavors and a little bit of a bunch of toppings. You can mix and match flavors and toppings to your hearts content. They change up their flavors all the time, so they may have a cookie dough one day and a strawberry cheesecake the next. They will have some core flavors, but I love the variety!“
