“Love this bakery and deli counter in the Booth's Corner Farmer's Market. While there are several things we get down at the other end of the market, I always get potato salad and macaroni salad at this one (Philly Style for both!). Everything we have tried there has been really good.“

“My family used to call this bakery “The Crabby Woman Bakery” back in the 1980s. That’s because at least one the regular women who worked behind the counter was unusually crabby. I used to ask my parents to pick up a birthday cake that I had ordered ( or for whatever occasion) and I would cook the dinner for my extended family. My dad would arrive with the cake, but he always seemed a little unhappy. One day, I asked him why. He told me “whenever you send me to that bakery, I always tell the woman behind the counter that I am picking up a cake that my daughter ordered. I give the woman your last name…..she becomes irritated and asks “I need to know the size of the cake and the cake and icing flavors”. When he admitted that the only thing he knew was the last name, the woman would become very annoyed. This should be a short pit stop always turned into a very long process. The bakery woman would always figure out which cake was mine but it took a lot of time and many questions. Eventually, my dad changed the bakery name to “The Crabby Woman Bakery” and that’s what my family ( and friends) called it for the Emanuel years. The baked goods are all AWESOME. Especially the sour cream cookies and strawberr6 shortcake!“

“We had a wonderful experience working with Tess and OsoSweet Bakery! My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“

“I have ordered from these guys/gals Quite a bit. Every sandwich has been epic. This place is amazing. From the Jersey shore breakfast sandwich to the my cousin Vinny and the turkey club. You get quite a bit of food and it's beyond delicious. The workers are super friendly and beyond nice. “Bellacakes really hit it out of the park! We ordered 2 custom cakes for my twins birthday and they were perfectly designed and themed. The attention to detail exceeded our expections and included coordinating decorations, colors, and even candles! The cakes not only looked amazing, they were also so moist and delicious! “The Bookstore Bakery is a delightful addition to West Chester! We loved browsing the book collection, eating delicious cake, and meeting the friendly owners! Our favorite cake was miso carrot-- absolutely divine. We were elated they they carried most of our favorite sci-fi, fantasy, romance, and YA authors. Hope they might expand with some small tables with chairs in the future!“

“Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous, beyond our expectations. They did an incredible job. The cake itself was ok, rather dry. They provide a fresh top tier for your first anniversary. We picked ours up & it was so beautifully decorated (I thought it would just be plain). But the cake was very dry, tasted stale, no flavor. I couldn’t even finish my slice. “Had never heard of the place, just stopped on a whim. Like say, Panera, it's a soup ,salad, breakfast and deli. All their sandwiches are named after Pure Breeds. Dog videos and photos abound. I had chili and their take on a cheesesteak wrap. The food and atmosphere was great. Tasty and filling.“

“Such a cute little place with honestly some of the best sweets I've ever had. We got chocolate cupcakes, one of each available cookie and an apple turnover. The cupcakes are like clouds and the frosting is perfectly sweet. The turnover was soooo flakey and the filling was perfect. And the cookies were golden brown and just a little gooey inside. “My wife and I had our wedding cake prepare by Kim and crew, and we were absolutely blown away.To give some more detail: I am a classically trained chef and this is the only bakery I have bought cake from since I discovered it three years ago. Their cakes are well flavored and always baked properly, and Kim puts taste over everything else. Everything is not only well prepared but the ratios of cake to frosting/filling is well thought out and pretty perfect.On top of all this the staff is friendly and has always come through for me, even when I've made difficult or last minute requests.“

“Loading was super fast,very tight to maneuver a tractor trailer specially with all that construction,I believe they have 3 docks if u are coming in and see another truck in the docks do it self a favor and back in from the street because u have no room to turn once inside, I know it sounds crazy. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone!“

“We have been customer of Pasteles Rojas since they opened near our home in Elsmere. Given their excellent choices we decided to use them for our wedding cake. We ended up doing a large tiered cake with different flavors, also purchased our favorite donuts filled with rice pudding. The bakery was very accommodating and easy to work with.
