“Our new favorite soup and sandwich shop. Friendly and polite staff. TV screens in the dining area show videos of dogs and photos of local pets. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy our lunch. Sandwiches are fresh and made to order. We got the half soup-half sandwich combo. Very satisfying. We grabbed orange creamsicle muffins for breakfast the next day. The texture was cakey and full of flavor. Their motto is smile, be kind. do good. We felt this location is living up to that motto.Kid-friendliness: Excellent place to take kids. Kid friendly menu available.“

“We have gone to Cupcake Sisters twice, once for our kid's birthday party (cupcakes and smash cake) and another for their baptism (cake). We were thrilled for both occasions and all of our guests loved the desserts. They were easy to work with, very communicative, and helped to create beautiful designs for both our events. We will continue to go back and highly recommend!!“

“i enjoyed my stop here so, so much! i got a squash and corn empanada—which was very tasty—and an iced coffee with a healthy dose of vanilla syrup.literally every single employee i interacted with here was so nice and welcoming! i would recommend this place based on the service alone.there was a decent amount of indoor seating, but TONS of outdoor seating, which i took advantage of due to the nice weather. it was a really great place to spend some time writing and just enjoying the sunshine.they also had quite a few pastries (and some interesting retail items, i believe), and i look forward to trying some of them out the next time i stop by!“

“I have ordered from these guys/gals Quite a bit. Every sandwich has been epic. This place is amazing. From the Jersey shore breakfast sandwich to the my cousin Vinny and the turkey club. You get quite a bit of food and it's beyond delicious. The workers are super friendly and beyond nice. “My recent order for Easter was tremendous, which is typical for Yori's. Everything we've ever purchased here has exceeded our expectations. The Easter bread is THE BEST we've ever had! “As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. Otherwise it is a nice set up with easy accessibility and very clean! Just the lights are very bright. Recently they have made the chocolate chip cookies relatively less expensive with the price going down by at least a dollar? “The Bookstore Bakery is a delightful addition to West Chester! We loved browsing the book collection, eating delicious cake, and meeting the friendly owners! Our favorite cake was miso carrot-- absolutely divine. We were elated they they carried most of our favorite sci-fi, fantasy, romance, and YA authors. Hope they might expand with some small tables with chairs in the future!“

“Absolutely love it here. Consistently good food, lovely staff, quick service. I recommend getting a croissandwich for salty with any of their pastries for sweet (chocolate almond is a favorite). The owners are often coming up with new flavors to try and cute presentations like the photo I’ll attach from around Christmas. Our go-to for getting a treat in town. “Brace yourself for maybe the most delicious, moist cake you've ever had. I stopped today to check it out since I was as a nearby shop. I tried the carrot cake which I brought home thinking I'd cut it in half and save the rest for tomorrow. Unfortunately, I ate the whole thing. YUM!!! The cake was amazing and there is something magical about their cream cheese frosting. The four stars are only because they are pricey. $5.50 is restaurant pricing. I know rent is high and labor isn't free. However, at that price, it will be an infrequent treat.“

“I went there for the first time to order a gluten free, dairy free cake and found out I should have done it earlier. But they gave me a great suggestion and they iced beautiful cupcakes for me while I waited. They went out of their way to help me. I also bought pretty candles, lollipops and delicious little cookies.Dietary restrictions: My daughter is gluten and dairy free but here there is no loss of yummy!“

“Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous, beyond our expectations. They did an incredible job. The cake itself was ok, rather dry. They provide a fresh top tier for your first anniversary. We picked ours up & it was so beautifully decorated (I thought it would just be plain). But the cake was very dry, tasted stale, no flavor. I couldn’t even finish my slice. We threw the rest of it out. Shame.“

“Had an amazing experience for our child's birthday party. We reserved the playroom for our 3 year old and his 8 friends plus parents and some babies. The kids (ages 1-4) all had a blast in the play area which had a playground, lots of toys, and endless entertainment for the entirety of the party. They could have played there all night! There was plenty of room for all of the kids to sit and eat at a table and for the adults to relax and mingle. There was also plenty of room for us to setup food, beverages, and coolers in addition to what the bakery provided (pizza, juice, cupcakes). The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We definitely recommend for a memorable experience.“

“Such a cute little place with honestly some of the best sweets I've ever had. We got chocolate cupcakes, one of each available cookie and an apple turnover. The cupcakes are like clouds and the frosting is perfectly sweet. The turnover was soooo flakey and the filling was perfect. And the cookies were golden brown and just a little gooey inside. Sooooo good. Absolutely going back. My one piece of advice to anyone going, GET MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED. You'll thank me later.“

“Loading was super fast,very tight to maneuver a tractor trailer specially with all that construction,I believe they have 3 docks if u are coming in and see another truck in the docks do it self a favor and back in from the street because u have no room to turn once inside, I know it sounds crazy. No place to park or overnight, but I think u could park in the street.“

“I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone!“

“Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter who turned three last weekend. I ordered in store and the lady who took the details was so nice. The cake turned out exactly as I wanted, it was really pretty and tasted so fresh!It was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filled with raspberry mousse and I guess this is my new favourite cake from now. “My wife loves a vanilla double malted milk shake once in a while (or if possible everyday). We now have new go to place to get one or two of these. Sweet Lucy's makes the best around, and they have some good competition. I did not get the name of the young lady who made this for us yesterday, but Meg Hurst knows.
