I feel I've had a lot of patience during COVID. My mom an I went here while we were visiting Hershey. The menu is overwhelming irks about 6 pages long. Several items are "market price" which guessing by the other prices I guess it was beyond affordable. My mom and I ordered off the featured menu which was in no way more affordable than the regular menu she got mahi and I got filet. We also ordered steamed mussels. I arrived for a simple take-out supper, but upon arrival there was an air of anxiety. Apparently, the computers had gone down and so, among other impacts, there was no way to take credit cards. The staff were doing their best, but it certainly was unsetting to have a home-made receipt. The soup and salad were bagged and I returned to the hotel. No spoon! First and last visit. I understand covid has taken a tole on all businesses but the service is extremely slow. Out of several items. Takes forever to just get a water refill. Waited over an hour to get our meal. Staff doesn't seem to be concerned about the customer. Apparently poor management or lack of planning. Food was decent but not worth the wait or price.
