“I would like to highly commend my waitress Stephanie for her outstanding work ethic & excellent customer service!. I was at The Ridley House on Saturday night (May, 11) and even though she was very busy with other customers she took time to treat me like I was her only customer!. I never experienced that level of customer service before. I am disappointed that she does not work behind the bar anymore because I thought she was a great bartender and cared about her customers!. I will be coming back to the Ridley House and tell my family & friends to come also Thank you Sincerely Al Willis Jr.”

“I have never had such a pleasant experience over the phone ordering lunch meat anywhere else but here. The young fella that answers the calls for the deli area was so kind and he really makes sure you have your order correctly when repeated back. On a Friday evening damn near a half hour before it closed at 8 I had to get lunch meat, thinking I was too late to order and thinking he would give me a hard time I was wrong, he calmly took my order and was very nice. I didn’t get no attitude or cocky looks because of the time. He does his work no hesitation. There’s been plenty of times where I caught attitude towards me at other places and they weren’t close to even closing. I was very thankful pleased and grateful.

Parking: Parking could be a little tricky if you’re not used to the area.

Kid-friendliness: They have little arcade grab machines gum ball machines inside to keep the kids occupied while you wait for your order which is great so they’re not running around the store”

“I felt horrible and maybe should have called, but I showed up to get a number of breakfast sandwiches for my work cause our power was out and I needed 40 some sandwiches and hash browns. this morning staff and mgr were incredibly nice and so helpful. I apologize of the shock but you're all so great doing all you did. Thank you so much!!”

Get on the list early. We came in at 10p on a Saturday night and didn't get into the bar until 12:15a.
We stayed until closing.

“I was so excited to dine at Her Place Supper Club. The food, ambiance and service were exactly what I expected. I can only give 4 stars on food, however, because the scallops had grit in them. I thought it was just my dish and didn’t want to complain, but on the way home, my friend told me her scallops had grit too. That’s a shame. Other than that, it was a fantastic dining experience.”

“We had a good, not great meal here. For the price (which was considerable) we were definitely expecting a bit more. The cocktails were great and the service great, the food was a bit underwhelming. We went with the tasting menu instead of a la carte and found the dishes good, but not anything particularly special. They were very accommodating with an allergy which was very nice. I'd like to try the bar menu but probably don't need another dining room experience.”

“Pasta making class Olivia was excellent. She understands the regions of Italy and was able to prep and explain with ease and grace. A participant asked about cacio e pepe, which was not on the agenda, and Olivia quickly prepared the basic but difficult to nail sauce. It was spot on. Would def recommend HBB to friends and family. One suggestion though - supplying guests with aprons would be helpful!”
