“Hoss's has always been a favorite in my family. I know many have closed in the past couple of years and I have found that very depressing. I am very thankful to have the Hummelstown location right down the road from me. I always have a wonderful experience here and the staff is always phenomenal. Management is always on top of things and the salad bar is ALWAYS clean and organized.“

“Jim was an excellent and knowledgeable waiter for food and drinks. We both started with small Ceasars salads and the sun-dried tomatoes were a pleasant and tasty surprise with the homemade dressing fresh grated cheese. I had the hanger steak, it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. He had the veal osso buco with a fantastic sauce served with carrots and not heavy grits. The martinis both the signature hershey kiss and my favorite -special dark were the perfect drinks and dessert. Meal was on the more pricey side but that would not stop us from returning to have another quality meal.“

“5 of us had decided to meet up here on a Saturday for dinner. Our server was Darla. She's a gem for sure! She rattled off the daily specials like there was going to be a test. She was very speedy and had the personality to boot! She was able to answer every question we had about the menu, and her suggestions were spot on. The kitchen staff must be amazing as well as our food was exactly as we ordered and was very tasty. We all had drinks from the bar to start, which has a great list. Appetizers followed. We had a crab pretzel (all in-house made), mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, crab stuffed mushrooms, chili, a crock of French onion soup and bacon cheese fries. All were yummy and hot. Another round of drinks, sorry, I can't remember what all everyone had as we kept changing up. A basket of warm dinner rolls and butter were delivered right before our main entrees were served. I had their house special with a crab cake and filet and 2 sides. The crab cake had no fillers (except the needed and flavor). My steak was ordered medium rare and came out just as so. Someone got the stuffed flounder and said it was delicious. One couple got the dinner for 2 and ended up with a doggie bag as they were stuffed! They said it was delicious. The last person got the crab cake with a porterhouse and claimed it was outta this world! Another round of drinks and onto dessert. We chose cheese cake with caramel drizzle and bacon, peanut butter pie, triple chocolate cake, carrot cake, and sadly, I can't remember what the last selection was. Everyone was satisfied and stuffed, but not too stuffed for a hot adult beverage. We will all definitely be back, together, or separate.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there while we were, and all was good. Definitely could feel comfortable taking a family there for a meal.“

“We always have a good meal and service when we visit Longhorn Steakhouse. I used to always get their Prime Rib, but they stopped selling it a few years ago, then I switched to the Outlaw Ribeye at the suggestion of a waitress. Now, however, I try to eat a bit healthier, and they offer a few options, such as their Longhorn Salmon. They also make some great cocktails. My wife loves their Strawberry margaritas. (Go with the long pour!) If you want great steaks without all the noise and insane wait times of Texas Roadhouse, this is a great choice! You can also join the wait list here using their app!“

“The best steak I've had in a long time. The meals were top of the line from the shrimp appetizers all the way to the main meal and dessert.The seasoning and taste of everything we had was delicious. Best creme brulee I have had this far. Cinnamon sugar ice cream yum.The honey butter and rolls so fresh and good.If you're wanting to have the royal treatment and sit down in a nice restaurant with great service I highly recommend the final cut steakhouse at Hollywood casino. Yes it's pricey but so worth a treat or special occasion. ?“

“The food is usually good here because they know how to cook a steak or they make you a new one. We like the music and atmosphere but sometimes it gets loud and then they do line dancing and singing on top of it. Im happy for silence afterwards ? good steak! Better service.“

“There was a little bit of a wait when we arrived but Trish was absolutely a sweetheart in getting us seated and comfortable. We asked for a table and ended up with the amazing Monique! She made our meal so enjoyable. Attentive but not overly so and so pleasant. Our food was hot and delicious. Our drinks were perfect, just the right amount of tequila in the margaritas and the mango was absolutely to die for.Definitely a great experience and we'll absolutely come back requesting Monique.“
