“Didn't know pretzel factories had all these options, I'm sad my local ones aren't as good as this one. Pork roll and cheese for breakfast, cinnamon pretzels, pepperoni and cheese, they have more than any other pretzel factory I've ever been to. “Finally checked out Salt Box and I am so thrilled! This area has so many great shops and restaurants, so I was so happy to find a locally owned place to get a fresh pretzel. To my surprise, they have so much more! I stopped right before they closed, but the usually have stuffed pretzels, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, and so much more! The Alabama Sweet Tea was perfectly brewed (from real tea bags) with just the right amount of sugar for this happy Southern girl! My pretzels even at the end of the day were fresh, chewy, and satisfied my snack cravings. I have had their pretzel bite boxes before during meetings, but I would have to say the cinnamon sugar bites are by far my favorite. The young man behind the counter was so quick, friendly and helpful. Plus, the prices are beyond acceptable so anyone can come in even on a limited budget. They do large trays of pretzel bites with sauces for under $40, so for your next meeting or tail gate, you need to check out Salt Box. “I stop here every time I go to the farmers market. I love your hotdogs with cheese. And I never eat hot dogs. Only yours! Of course it's the pretzels.. “I saw all these bad reviews so i wanted to see how this place really was so This morning 6/20/2019 I went Into the store to grab 2 cheese steak pretzels and I noticed they were all gone so the man behind the counter said someone just came In and bought the last of the ones that were already made . So he then told me he will make me 2 of them fresh out the oven . I was very happy and pleased on how nice he was to me . I would ignore all the negative reviews about this place .“

“I had called in a semi-lager order. It was ready in 15-minutes. The manager was so glad for calling in the order, that he gave us two extra pretzels for free. The order had specific instructions and everything was packed as requested. We shall continue to order from this place. The people running this place are kind and caring. Thanks.“

“I grew up on the original Ben Franklin Philly pretzels. Unfortunately they closed down. Dozens of cheap impersonators have arisen but none are even close. Jim's are the closest to those historic Ben Franklin we loved so much. I get them every time I drive it. Yum.“

“I only harvested from the pretzel side of the business but what is served was delicious, fresh... and gently priced. I exited the shop finishing my purchase and went right back in to buy and enjoy 2 more. The owners' daughter who was working the counter was a ray of customer relations sunshine!“
