“I grew up on the original Ben Franklin Philly pretzels. Unfortunately they closed down. Dozens of cheap impersonators have arisen but none are even close. Jim's are the closest to those historic Ben Franklin we loved so much. I get them every time I drive it. Yum.“

“I've been meaning to stop in for lunch for a while and finally did today. Absolutely fantastic food. Cheesesteak special was phenomenal and so was the pastrami Reuben. Seriously best Reuben I've ever had. French fries were also delicious. Inexpensive, delicious, and big portions.“

“I love this little spot in town. Whenever I am on york rd I stop in and get a combo - 3 empanadas and a drink - and it’s always so delicious. Tried the Aji sauce today and it was astounding!!! They have many different fillings and even some vegan options.“

“This is my actually my first time stopping by this location ever since I moved to the area for more than 5yrs. There are no seatings inside nor outside when I was there. Although I do remember during the summer time, I believe the do have 2 small tables outside. Not sure if they still has that set up now.Shop was very clean. The staffs were very nice! I went in to see if I can grab a kids size Mini Melt for my 5yo before we head to the kid’s indoor playground that’s two shops down. This might be one of my other quick snack stop with my kids now.“

“Didn't know pretzel factories had all these options, I'm sad my local ones aren't as good as this one. Pork roll and cheese for breakfast, cinnamon pretzels, pepperoni and cheese, they have more than any other pretzel factory I've ever been to. “Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.“

“I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.“

“I saw all these bad reviews so i wanted to see how this place really was so This morning 6/20/2019 I went Into the store to grab 2 cheese steak pretzels and I noticed they were all gone so the man behind the counter said someone just came In and bought the last of the ones that were already made . So he then told me he will make me 2 of them fresh out the oven . I was very happy and pleased on how nice he was to me . I would ignore all the negative reviews about this place .“

“The owners here are some of the absolute nicest I've ever met! Their entire staff is wonderful, really.They take great pride in sharing quality products with their customers, time and time again. “The manager went over and beyond to fill a last minute order. Prompt, courteous and extremely friendly -I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. The pretzels were hot, soft and delicious too! i will definitely use this store again.“
