“This was actually the first time I've stopped in here. It was the biggest pretzel place I have ever been in in my life. Friendly staff, wonderful selection, and they give you a free pretzel when you buy Water Ice! What's not to love about that?“
“I cannot rave about this place enough. These pretzels are the most delicious pretzels I’ve ever had. They have a creative variety of flavors and made to perfection. The staff and the owner there are all so nice and go above and beyond to take care of the customers. I just got a sampler tray for the Super Bowl and I truly am in awe over the variety and quality.“
“First visit, ordering was easy and people working were friendly and efficient. I liked that you could watch the factory thru the window. Spicy pretzel dog and rivets were all great.Parking: Not a lot of spaces even when they weren’t busy. Someone else must share the lot.“
“Happened to hear some good things about this place so I had to check it out. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and you can't beat $5.95 for it! Great spot to eat on a budget. Portions were generous. Was hard to decide what to order since they have a lot to offer and some interesting specials as well. Will be back to try something new!UPDATE: If you get the BBQ pulled pork or French Dip sandwich and have to travel more than 5 minutes, it may be beneficial to mention it so they can prepare accordingly. We didn't do this and the bread ended up very soggy & fell apart. Delicious sandwiches though and we will be back! :)“

“Great place for fresh soft pretzels. Although I don’t live in the the area any more, I try to stop in when I can. I’m glad to see they’re still doing well and continue to make amazing soft pretzels. Everything from the traditional Philly-style, mini’s, flavored, and hot dog or pork roll pretzels. They’re all top-notch. “I'm right around the corner and hadn't been aware of this new addition to our area last year. As the owner advised me, evident by his discernment to details, they've been open about 6months now in the heart of Mayfair.I had to wait longer than I'd expected for my ordered pickup. But considering the wait was due to the size of my unexpected order needing to finish baking..... well, there's never been a better reason given to wait than food being made fresh.I hope the local commerce groups get him involved in the community, and this young owner has just started a new landmark on pastries in the area that surely has a glass ceiling on acceptance, if my opinion is asked.Lol, but that's just, "One man's opinion. ".....said this local grandmom.Dietary restrictions: Aside from what's obvious by the menu, the fact that the owner is on site, caring about the finished product and the customer, I daresay, if there's any restrictions that are not as easy as not getting the allergy or other self-imposed eating restriction, a conversation regarding what you are specifically requesting, would not be a problem to at least request.Kid-friendliness: 0-109 ... who doesn't love a fresh doughnut?“

“This is my actually my first time stopping by this location ever since I moved to the area for more than 5yrs. There are no seatings inside nor outside when I was there. Although I do remember during the summer time, I believe the do have 2 small tables outside. Not sure if they still has that set up now.Shop was very clean. The staffs were very nice! I went in to see if I can grab a kids size Mini Melt for my 5yo before we head to the kid’s indoor playground that’s two shops down. This might be one of my other quick snack stop with my kids now.“
“I always love going to the NE Philly Pretzel Factory on Frankford Avenue. I went in and orders some pretzels, pretzel dogs and a couple drinks. You can purchase Philadelphia Water Ice in the store as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pretzels are always fresh and delicious.“
“I saw all these bad reviews so i wanted to see how this place really was so This morning 6/20/2019 I went Into the store to grab 2 cheese steak pretzels and I noticed they were all gone so the man behind the counter said someone just came In and bought the last of the ones that were already made . So he then told me he will make me 2 of them fresh out the oven . I was very happy and pleased on how nice he was to me . I would ignore all the negative reviews about this place .“
“Really amazing service at this Pretzel Factory! It’s inside the Walmart which was confusing at first, but I went inside and was happy to see it was open until 8pm. The staff were super friendly and generous, and I appreciated how nice they were. Of course, the pretzels are great, but you already knew that!“
