First of all - this might have been the best chicken pot pie I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. Secondly, everyone who worked there was beyond hospitable and so great. “We had a private event here which included the upstairs space along with beer and wine. The bartender and staff were wonderful and we had a great time! We had about 30 people and the space was a bit tight. I wouldn't book it if the event calls for any full group activities (like games) since it can be hard to hear (open space/ceilings). It's perfect for happy hour or casual/social events like birthdays. Also keep in mind there's a good amount of stairs and no elevator. The tables are high tops along with 2 booth areas. Everyone was happy with the drinks and I requested a mocktail which was delicious. Downstairs is spacious and it seems like a cool spot for shows. There was a cover band setting up as we were heading out.“
“We held a birthday celebration for my Wife at the Vault in their private event room. We hosted over 50 guests and the room was perfect for a party of that size. Plenty of seating throughout, and the room was nice and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and raved about the food! Last, but not least, Sarah and the entire staff at the Vault that took care of us for the 3 hour event were awesome! Helpful and attentive and making sure the experience for everyone was great. Sarah was communicative and helpful in putting together the event as well. I would recommend using the Vault for a private event. We are very happy with how everything turned out!“

It turned out that it was our mistake and when we went back to give back the gift card and wine he had given us he would not take it back. “I’ve been here three times and each one was great. I made a reservation for my birthday dinner a few days early and had to add a few people last minute; they made it work and fit us all in. The lentil burger is delightful, the beer cheese in the pretzel platter and doghouse fries is delicious, and the feta and hummus appetizer is also delectable. Drinks are strong, staff is lovely.“
“I called ahead to schedule a team lunch for our out of state hockey team (total of 36 people, about half were kids). They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and set up a plan to make sure we were able to order and pay for each family efficiently.I sent our orders in 24hrs in advance by family hockey number and when we arrived, everything went so smoothly!!! Pitchers of water were already on the tables, additional drink orders quickly taken, and food started to come quickly. “This is my favorite hang out in Southampton. They have pbr on tap for 2.50 3 pool tables, a dart board, golden tee, and a pinball machine. Lots of tvs to look at . Something going on every night from a band or solo artist, karaoke, quizzo or bear pong just to name a few. Good service. The food is awesome and they have different discounts though out the day.“

“Came in for lunch and sat at the bar. It's a pretty large restaurant. The bar side has a pool table. There's also an arcade for kids. We ordered wings, French dip, and pork belly tacos. All were delicious. The wings were huge, crispy, and the Sriracha chili sauce was awesome! Food came out quickly. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. The total bill for lunch with drinks was on par with other restaurants in the area. We'll be back when we're in the area again.“
“Duke the Saturday day time bartender can guide you through any life conflicts like a seasoned sailor. Duke can also cure your hangover from Friday night that you spent with mr Friday night anthony stuffy at the pub.....I met my first wife here years ago sadly we divorced and she got the kids however Rhawn pub keeps me alive!“
“Phinney's is a great bar nice crowd and good menu I just think a bar like that and the kitchen should be connected and the cook shouldn't be a separate issue from the bar.... you should still have to order thru the cook because sometimes the bartender is busy too be taken orders“
“Nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of televisions to watch sports. Located on Krewstown Road just south of Welsh Road. Bartender was excellent I was here on a Tuesday night with a friend. He was a classy and smooth professional. Stayed for a few beers while watching the Phillies game. Not too crowded but a few regulars. Hope to get back there soon.“

“I'm a sucker for Dives lol. Higher-end bars, city rooftops and lounges all have their place, but so do local dive bars lol. Calm casual atmosphere, not smoky or anything inside. Plenty of pool tables and keno that locals play. I got breakfast. Eggs were great, and toast was perfect. Very reasonably priced. People weren't used to newbies coming in but were very friendly. It's a good place to try out if hiking the Canal Path!“

“Not crazy about Jakes in Newtown therefore I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the Richboro location as much as I did. Service was right on. Pleasant, friendly and efficient...just what good services is all about. My feta omelette was cooked perfectly and quite good. The restaurant is larger in the inside than what it looks like from the outside. Three rooms with a bar in the 3rd room. Lots of comfortable booths. Looks like it could use some modernizing but still comfy and clean. I think of Jakes as a breakfast restaurant so I was surprised to see a full bar and open till 10pm. For a "breakfast" restaurant I give it 4.5 stars...rounding it up to 5.“
