“Food is very good, chili is so flavorful, choices of sides are numerous and quality, front staff are so sincere and cheerful!Only negative I see, is kitchen seems to give servers a hard time switching out an ingredient or asking for extra of something simple like crackers. Servers always work it out, but there seems a pressure each time we've been there. You have to work the little things into overall prices so it evens out. I understand everything costs, but geez--ie: I want extra crackers, which seems of issue, but wanted no cheese (there's no subtraction on my bill), I didn't use your condiments or extra napkins. You just can't make people feel like these little things are a problem; it's annoying and not hospitable.“
