“Karen makes the best cakes. I have ordered a Father's Day Cake for the last two years. I catered a wedding and Karen made one of the cakes. I had a piece of the Carrot Cake and it was the best I ever had (I am not even a fan of carrot cake). I had to track this baker. I looked up bakeries in PA and searched FB, hoping the baker posted the cake from that wedding. No luck. I was driving passed the house months later and decided to knock on the door. The mother of the bride answered. I told her I was with the catering company and if she give me the baker's info. She thought that me stopping by was great and loved my story. She gave me Karen's info and the funny thing is I did come across her page in my search. Karen is very talented and I swear you will dream about how delicious her cakes are. I love the inside of her bakery.”

“My husband and I order from here at least once a week. They have great food, they are convenient to our location and they meet all our exceptions when it comes to take out orders. My favorite by far is their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza! Oh my gosh...it is so good. If you like the sub you will love the pizza.”

“Ordered the NoBready Bowls last Tuesday Sept 26 early afternoon and it was prepared really well! Both bowls were filled to the brim. I was pleasantly surprised so Kudos to whomever prepared our meals. During this time there was also a promotion for a free footlong and we got to avail it. Sub was made very well, all ingredients packed and prepped well! Again, thank you so much to whomever prepared our meal (we ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month but the quality was not as good as this week’s order).Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with the sauce seeping from the sub so we were not able to retrieve the feedback link/code.Once again thank you to whomever prepped our meal! You did a wonderful job and you provided quality service! “I just love Mr.G’s ice cream. They offer the creamiest and tastiest flavors all season long. Coffee is my favorite topped with mixed nuts but the vanilla soft serve with blueberries or just a little hot fudge is a scoop of deliciousness, that comes at a close second. I love Mr.G’s”

“Springhouse Tavern: The casual, atmospheric below-ground Springhouse Tavern at the Dobbin House is our favorite restaurant in Gettysburg. Whenever we visit Gettysburg, this is the one restaurant where we must dine. Its food quality, hospitality and authentic historic environment are consistently wonderful no matter how much time has passed. This time we were here with friends. We enjoyed cocktails on their outside patio while waiting for our table. The service and hospitality on the patio as well as in the Springhouse Tavern was efficient, delightful and helpful. The food was delicious, as always. The crab cake was especially delicious. This place is timeless Gettysburg. ACCESSIBILITY: This is a 248-year-old building on the National Register of Historic Places; needless to say, there isn’t a ramp or elevator to the below-ground Springhouse Tavern. However, other than a couple steps at the top and bottom, the stairs have railings on both sides, the step height is moderate, and the walls are close enough to put a hand on if needed. Even though I have mobility limitations, I was able to access the underground tavern. Once downstairs, there was adequate space for me to get around with my walker.”

“Clean with nice atmosphere. Greeted by Ana. Menu was full of interesting dishes. We both chose Pollo Flautas. Wanted a Corona to go with meal, but she explained that they did not have a liquor license, but it is a BYOB ((we'll know for next time).Watched other tables get served with some really wonderful dishes. Ours was delivered to table in about 15 minutes. Great plating of food. Taste was excellent. Took home our leftovers. Highly recommend this little gem in Hanover PA”

“My boyfriend & I finally got to eat here today for the first time after seeing them all over Facebook. We ordered the crabby fries, jerk island smash burger & the jerk island bowl, which I added chicken to (you can choose your own choice of meat). Everything was seasoned PERFECTLY. The burger itself could be eaten alone, the flavor of the meat was absolutely amazing and I am not a burger person. 100/10 for everything. Cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be back & cannot wait to try the rest of the menu items!”
