“The brisket was delicious. And the turkey sandwich was just a tad below delicious, but still good. I would've given it 5 stars if the host didn't give an attitude when we had more people trickling into the restaurant. See my son's soccer team was in the middle of 2 tournament soccer games, so we weren't sure of our party size. And they did keep coming in so combining tables ruffled the host's feathers and tried to limit us. The waitress was fantastic however.“
“Probably the only McDonald's I know that has great service great people & food taste good all at once. I go for lunch from time to time & the staff even knows the names of regulars. There is a tall thin gentleman that works there that is super pleasant to everyone.“
“I would like to say that last night 12/02/23 around 9:45pm I stopped for some food. I had been at the emergency room with a family member and hadn't eaten.I ordered a large fries and double quarter pounder.It was not very busy at that time of night it took a little bit. The young men working there were very nice and I drove off with my food.To my surprise when I reached into the bag my fries were piping hot and had been salted to perfection.When I arrived home the burger was also prepared fresh and perfect.This was the best McDonald's meal I have been served in many years.Just wanted to let those young men and the owners know.These items were prepared like the employees made this meal for themselves and was an unusually great experience.Thanks for some young employees who still care.“
“Jake on Main is a hidden gem offering a traditional menu with exquisite surprises like Fried Chicken and Waffles with strawberry compound butter, or pancakes swirled with Honey Bourbon Syrup and topped with coffee whipped cream and honey bourbon syrup. Must try their seasonal menu for even more delicious surprises. While prices can be a bit high, I believe it's reasonable for the quality. According to other reviewers, they have a parking lot behind the restaurant, but I usually park on the street. The staff is friendly, adding to the overall experience.“
“This is a small spot on the intersection of Prince Street and West Liberty. I love how they keep their menu simple with your burgers, chicken, cheesesteaks and shakes. It may be simple but they do a fantastic job with their product. Their cheeseburgers are a must grab. You know it’s a good burger when the outer edges have that slight crispiness. Honestly, one of the better burgers in the entire area. I also really enjoyed the onion rings. Nice and crispy, and the onion doesn’t all come out with a single bite. It was also packed, so you know it’s a good spot for some easy grub.“
“Hands down the best diner experience i have had in the past 30 years, I ate at diners from lancaster county up to fort drum new york . This is my Favorite of all time . I would recommend the chipped beef . Its phenomenal ?.Also taking home a quart of Daryl ham nd bean. The dining experience from the moment you walk in till you leave is nothing short of the best you could ask for . The waitress Tina is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best dining experience . “My husband and I stopped in today, 3/24 around 1:00. We got the house special burgers with fries. It was hands down the best burger I have ever had and was cooked to a perfect medium temperature. I would add nothing to it except an additional patty. I’d like to also note that the kitchen team did an excellent job despite being hit all at once. This place is really special! Can’t wait to come back“
“Stopped by this afternoon for their Chorizo burger. It did not disappoint! The burger was firm and juicy but not greasy. It came with egg, mushrooms, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, and queso Cheese. If you're looking for a burger that you just can't get anywhere else, stop in and ask for X's special blend chorizo burger. It's a must try!“
“Heard about Riverside Subs on the Hoagie Gurus page on Facebook and since we're only about 25 minutes away, thought I'd give it a shot. Definitely glad I did! The hoagies were excellent, with some of the best bread I've had. Portions were generous and everything was of good quality. Great service too. I'll be back to try other menu items. As a side note, check out their website for the "secret menu" items.“
